My company has had a storage unit here for several years. While there have been price increases over that time that have been a bit hard to stomach, the manager on-site Tommie is super friendly and was very helpful today in assisting us and providing options. The facility is well maintained, feels very secure with unique customer access code required for entry and exit, and we haven’t had any safety or security issues in the years we’ve been storing here.

Don’t waste your time calling customer service!! call the site manager. Tommy is a manager that goes above and beyond. I had a terrible experience with calling in and getting the unit situated and I requested to cancel however, Tommy reached out and called me today, providing me options and information. Everything he said was simple, made sense, and offered solutions. It’s rare to find somebody motivated by helping out the best interest of others. Not only is he an asset to his company, but he’s expertly efficient at Storage consultation and account management. 10/10
I’d like to leave a different review for the corporation however as long as Tommy is there, I’ll be there public storage over the phone as a hassle. The guys at the location are a lot better just rent from the managers.

This location super they have a manager named Mr Tommie
I sould ask or look forward in talking with him. He always has a great attitude very friendly very welcoming keeps a nice tidy place no homeless around no weirdness going on safe safe safe I recommended a lot of people to come here and they are happy too thank you Mr Tommie..

Title: Outstanding Service from Tommie at Public Storage
I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location, thanks to Tommie at the front desk. He was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. While I waited for my moving truck to arrive, he offered me water and made sure I was comfortable a small gesture that meant a lot on a hectic day.
What stood out even more was how often he checked in on me. He didn’t just set me up and disappear he made sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer the entire time.
Tommie’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my moving process smoother and less stressful. I really appreciate the level of care and customer service he provided. Highly recommend this location thanks to him!

A big thank you to their representative Tommie for providing me with a seamless and downright pleasant rental experience today. He was incredibly helpful and obviously takes great pride and care in his employment and the service he provides for his customers. As a business owner myself who has employed many people it’s always great when you receive genuine quality customer service and professionalism from someone who cares about what they do no matter what it is and cares about the customers he provides service. Any business would be lucky to have an employee like Tommie representing them and if he consistently performs with all his customers as he did with me I hope his employers makes him feel as valued as he did for me as their customer.

COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY. I was given a space that is completely inaccessible. I was told someone would be on site and not only is no one on site but their phone system doesn’t work so you can’t get ahold of the property manager. They refused to refund me for the space and only said they would “put in a request”. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with these people

This review does NOT pertain to a specific location, but to Public Storage corporate management.
ONLINE RENTERS BEWARE
I went online to reserve a unit and received a monthly “Rental Discount” of $49. There was nothing mentioned about an expiration date on the discount. My “Standard Monthly Rent” was $214. My “Total Rent” each month was $165 per my monthly statements. I was notified at the first of June that a rate increase would take place on July 1st. The new monthly rate would be $224. Not bad I thought - a $10 increase. However when I received my July statement, the $49 Rental Discount was no longer on my statement and I now owe $59 more each month not $10. I spoke to several people in the customer support group and their bottom line was my “Total Rent” was $165 and the new rent is $224 so you owe $59 more each month and you no longer get a “Rental Discount”.
Apparently I didn’t ask enough questions up front, but wanted others to know what I experienced before you make a commitment.
