No physical agent on site to help view units before renting. You instead talk to someone virtually through the digital kiosk who has no access to the facility, list of available units, or even a detailed map of the facility. Waste of a trip and another example of corporate greed erasing honest jobs.

Do NOT go to this location unless you want your property destroyed! They do not check their Climate-Controlled units at all. The day I moved in, the AC broke and it was 88 degrees in the unit (supposed to be 82 or cooler). Everyone was profusely sweating (so imagine what it’s doing to wood furniture). The manager called the second day (I could not reach a manager ALL day the 1st day) and she stated she “fixed” it. Approximately 4 hours later, I was able to check on the unit and it was 89 degrees! The AC unit keeps turning off and she did not take the time to check this. So, if you are in building D-you need to ask for a “credit”, since they will not refund your money, even though you paid for a Climate-Controlled storage unit. Also, ask for the insurance number because your items will definitely be destroyed in this heat and humidity. Please see photos below for proof. Also, read my other reviews if there is any response to this stating they did indeed fix this. I am a regular reviewer on Google and have no reason to lie about this situation. I also rented from Public Storage in California with excellent service. The service here in Austin is atrocious!
When I signed up for the Climate-Controlled unit, they stated there is a physical person here during regular business hours. There is not! You have to talk to a kiosk. Austin Public Storage is misrepresenting themselves, besides the manager lying about “fixing” AC units to their superiors.
