Do NOT store your items here! People's units are constantly broken into and stolen from. In our case, management (who are almost NEVER actually onsite) didn't even inform us our unit was broken into until we came back and discovered there was a red lock placed on it by staff after they saw someone broke into our unit.
Also, they keep raising the rents despite lack of security & excessive rodent problem, and seemingly nothing at all whatsoever is being done about either.

Whatever you do, do not store your stuff in this location. It is riddled with crime. Our storage unit has been broken into now three times within a 6-month time frame. People keep cutting the lock off and going through our stuff taking whatever they want. And the management is never there if you have an issue. And they've raised prices on me like four times. I started with a price under $100 and now I'm paying $170 a month. It is now April of 2025 I am amending this review. The unit was broken into once again and this time included a fire to the property. No one is ever on site. They have refused multiple requests to put up cameras. I am seriously considering suing this company. I couldn't be more disgusted with this place.

They called us saying our storage unit was broken into and everything was gone. So we drive up there to find that everything was still there and it was in fact the unit next to ours was broken into. But wait it gets worse. The only reason we found out “our unit was broken into” was because they sent us a notice of cancellation for our unit and that it was going to be available for rent again. Mind you this is unkownly to management that our stuff was still present and that they had the wrong unit number. So our u it was going to be re rented with our stuff still inside. If we hadn’t dropped everything to show up and give them the information that their “drive by” management had the wrong unit number then who knows how it would have played out. Keep in mind there is no one onsite except for two days a week. Very poorly managed. Then when I call to get receipts for our unit, because we obviously canceled after a scare like that and mismanagement by the staff, they couldn’t provide the receipts for 72 hours. (Yes we were still charged that month even though we canceled due to their mismanagement with 80% of the rental term left.)
Nightmare company to deal with. Stay away.
We rent about 20 units at any given time for our business and this is by far the worst experience I have had anywhere.
No apology, no I understand how it’s concerning.

I found everything really simple really easy very easy access very convenient for my location only thing I was uncomfortable at somewhat was the small kiosk room I felt claustrophobic so to speak and it was like weird I had something like that but everything else was pretty cool I mean it was pretty neat it was real you know Ray forward remove forward so yeah I think it's a great place and everything was I made an reservation so my lock was in the in the in the storage room and so it was very convenient everything was very convenient I am very happy with the service so far other than that small key is room which was kind of CrossFit

Wow. I just moved my stuff into this storage unit Wednesday (five days ago). Today I get an email that my unit has been broken into. I had the Public Storage lock on it but they said it was probably cut off. I've filed a police report and have tried to contact a person at Public Storage five times today.
