The elevator has been broken here for at least a year. My parents, who are in their 70s, have things in storage on the third floor that they are unable to clean out because they can’t use the elevator. My dad has called and complained and they said “we can’t get the parts“ this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I chose this location based on reviews; the reviews mentioning Maria made me take the leap. I am here to report they are 100% accurate. Maria is professional, helpful, and cheerful. I always enjoy chatting with her. She gave me all the tips I needed to have a smooth experience accessing my unit.
I'm at the facility often and I've seen the HVAC company changing filters twice now, which is reassuring that the equipment is maintained. I like being able to open the gates with the app. The restroom is clean. This facility has delivered on my storage needs. Maria is a gem.
