I was moving from another state and transferring my information. I was already a Public Storage user, I just opened a new unit in the new state and closed the old one. Everything went almost perfectly. The only small hiccup was that I already had a Public Storage account and was a registered user. But the staff did everything possible, dedicating maximum time to fix the minor issues. In the end, I received a new password and the system worked. Special thanks to Latrice, who is very professional and competent, doing everything to meet any customer requests. Thank you so much!

No carts? App doesn’t work or open any doors? This place wants you to pay them for space and give you literally zero amenities. Awful.

When you check reviews for this pace, click on “Lowest” to really see what they’re about. I wish I had done that. Shady, at best. Stay away. There are better places out there. Jenn was acting as the local manager; she acts so nice to get your business, and then there is no follow-up or return calls. Rick Ogle is the district manager covering this facility while the regular DM was on vacation. Another clown who has no regard for aboveboard business practices.
Six days later, and the District Manager Troy Alvarado is supposed to call me because the corporate office sent him an email asking him to. The corporate office confirmed he can cancel the check that’s supposedly in the mail and issue the refund to my credit card (normal business practices) since I never moved in and asked for a refund in less than 24 hours. Jenn said the refund would go back to my card. Waiting to update this review.

Jenn was an absolute delight to work with! She made the whole process so easy and helped me find the perfect size unit for my needs.
