Martin, who should managing this location, has excel at customer service skills, is cordial, honest, practical, jovial, and well kept and mannered. I was surprised a corporation of this size and stature, would be able to retain such talented personal. It’s a great pleasure, to know, in the midst of life turmoils, public storage will be there to hold your hand. Thank you Martin. Give him more money and the free housing he deserves.

Worse place to rent, their elevators are always broken and nobody answers. And when you show up during business hours nobody is in the front because they know they’re gonna hear complaints about the elevators. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

When searching for a convenient and low-priced storage place, for my mom moving into town, we decided to visit the public storage off IH35. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly the lady at the front desk was. I have rented storage from public storage many years ago at a different location and it was never open and no one was ever there. Loren was not only present but gave us a very detailed tour along with informing us of the best methods to use when in need of assistance. She is a gem! She made us feel welcomed and valued. I wish she was around years ago when I rented my storage!

My daughter rented a space here and it was and has been the worse customer service from Public Storage we have dealt with... She did an online reservation for ONE unit, and when she arrived at this Public Storage she spoke with Maria (property manager)... Maria sent my daughter to a locked storage and this wouldn't have been a problem if they would have refunded my daughter's account for this locked unit immediately... My daughter goes to another unit Maria tells her to go to and of course another charge is now on her account... At this point, my daughter is being charged for 2 5x5 storages... Maria assured my daughter the charges would be refunded, but it's now 3 months later and no refund... My daughter was charged for the space she didn't rent because it was locked, and a lock fee (she provided her own lock) on the unit she actually rented... Whenever you call this place no one knows what's going on and they tell you someone will contact you... A few weeks ago we spoke with Martin, and he stated Maria would call us back... We contacted corporate and they stated they would have Maria contact us, but Maria nor anyone else from Public Storage contacted us regarding this... We contacted Public Storage at the number on the website for customer service, but the only way to get through to someone in customer service is to press 1 (to rent) or 2 (to get help with an open account)... We pressed 1 and the lady stated she would transfer us to customer service because there wasn't a number to give... We were transferred to a rep named Michelle who stated she would help us, and get to the bottom of things... Michelle ended up being very rude and unprofessional... Michelle stated we canceled the charges, but we kept explaining Maria moved my daughter out of the locked unit through their system, we never canceled anything... We were trying to ask questions and get an understanding, but Michelle just kept over talking us, and stating, "You need to contact your bank, you need to contact your bank"... Michelle wasn't allowing us to get a word in, so we asked for a manager... Michelle ended our call by stating we needed to contact our bank or Maria... This was such a disappointment to say the least that my daughter can't be refunded $51.64 from Public Storage that clearly shows an error on their part...

Everything was great until I tried to end my reservation. I’ve came to turn in my keys multiple times and no one has been here to take them so I’m now being charged for yet another month for an empty storage unit!

Martin in the front office was exceptionally helpful in the process of renting a new storage unit and made sure the process of moving from one storage unit to a larger one went smoothly.

Had to extend my stay and Ria nailed it. She helped me extend for 3 months and recommended me taking a smaller unit after that. Really nice person who called me back. Thank you. Satisfied customer ?

5 stars for Nan and Ria in the office. Elevators were broken, which was very problematic as a had a large item much too heavy to take up the stairs and extremely difficult to put back in my car. Nan and Ria set me up temporarily in a first floor unit so I could still leave everything in a secure spot. Very appreciated!

If I could give a negative star I would. The elevator was broken for 3 days when I finally ended my contract. A broken elevator is annoying but there is nobody on staff there and very difficult to get ahold of anyone that works there.
