Absolutely horrible facility. BOTH elevators are broken. You can't even move your things out of the nightmare. You can't access your unit when you're supposed to be able to. What's the point of paying for a unit here?!?

My unit along with a bunch of others got broken into on the third floor. I suggest renting elsewhere. They won't even refund your rent when they have a security breach and units get broken into. I saw 5-10 other units with signs of attempted burglary. Save yourself the heartache and headache. Stay far away.
The doors and elevators are always broken as well.

Horrible cant access the second floor all elevators broken property manager not here and stairs are locked at 3pm on friday. The stairs are locked and they are trying to say they are open and they arent!!!

Maria is the BEST! Even with the elevator being down, she went out of her way to cater to me and make sure everything was smooth. She’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Public Storage hit the jackpot with her! Thank you Maria!!!!!

Maria at the front desk was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, making sure I got the right-sized storage unit for my needs. You can tell she cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. As a frequent storage user, I can honestly say she’s provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had at Public Storage. Really really awesome place, a really nice lady named Nikki helped me out today. I could not for the life of me find my storage locker like at all. So she helped me out and that was really nice of her. The seal tag was another issue I had at the time. I couldn’t get it off so in turn she helped me with that too so I’m thankful.
TL;DR come here if you want great customer service
