This was perfect for a quick visit to see my son in Austin and close to downtown Austin. Staff were fantastic, rooms are comfortable, bed & pillows were great, rooms super clean, and breakfast was good. The only thing I would request, would be for them to add hot oatmeal to their buffet breakfast. All in all, it was a fabulous stay! Would stay here again.

These people are incredibly nice. They were kind and accommodating in every way. I was in the middle of a move out of state and they just helped me with every single thing I asked for.The bed was very comfortable, too!Noteworthy details: Free breakfast was good, too!

Overall very happy with my stay! The price seemed very fair for the location. After looking at tons of reviews for tons of places in the area, nearby hotels only a few bucks cheaper seemed much less safe and far less reliable.Every staff member I encountered was very friendly.Check-in was quick, no issues with the key card or wifi password. Wifi was mostly very quick and stable, only had to disconnect and sign back in a few times over my 4 days.CLEAN and SPACIOUS rooms! The hotel itself was very quiet, I was on the third floor and didn't run into many other guests (in fact I often had the feeling I had the floor to myself), but I was there during the week (Sun-Thurs). However, being right next to the highway, there was a good deal of traffic noise. Though for convenience of getting around the city, it is nice to be so close to the highway and you would see this ahead of time if you look at a map (so the traffic noise is not so much a complaint as an observation).Part of the reason I picked this hotel was the indoor pool because I was going to have an entire day stuck at the hotel by myself and wanted stuff to do. Unfortunately, the room was chillier than the rest of the building and the water was a bit too cold for me. It seemed like a decent space otherwise (also clean!).The "fitness center" was okay, treadmill worked well, though it seemed to be the only machine out of the 4 to have a power cord? It was the only piece of equipment I cared to use anyway, so I didn't investigate lolOnly one other person came in while I was in there, but quickly left when he saw me. I don't know if he was hoping to use the treadmill or knew about the one-cord situation? ?♀️The stairs were labeled for emergency use only which was a little disappointing because I don't always love elevators, but that's a me problem I guess. The only time I had to share an elevator was with a nice housekeeper.Despite no smoking signs all over the place (including every door/room number), there was frequently a smell of weed in the hallway/elevator ?, but it never made it into my room thankfully.Every day when I went down for breakfast, the lovely lady at the front desk would ask how my stay was going and ask if I needed housekeeping. I appreciate her asking, but despite saying no thanks I'm good, twice while I was chilling in my room, housekeeping tried to come in. I had the swing bar locked, so she left quickly both times. Not a big deal for me, but maybe worth noting.I traveled alone for the first time and as a young lady unfamiliar with the area, I was nervous, but I felt very safe and comfortable here.Rooms: The room was VERY spacious. There were maybe five hangers by the door with an iron and ironing board. The shower head and curtain rod are up nice and high which is good if you're tall. The shower did get very hot which was good, but don't crank it all the way without checking it first lolThe sink has a nice giant counter which was great for spreading out my makeup and stuff. The bed was very comfortable, I liked that it had an actual comforter and not just layers of sheets (like a certain Motel 6).Everything was CLEAN!! I checked everything right away - bed, couch, tub, sink - and was very satisfied. Maybe a tiny mark on the bedsheet, but nothing concerning or off-putting.Microwave and fridge worked well, I got some ice (from the kinda-spooky second-floor laundry room) and kept it in the tiny little ice box in the fridge. There are a lot of plugs and lighting options in the room which is nice. The window was very large which is good for letting in daylight, however the curtains didn't quite close all the way, so I did wake up with the morning light.Safety: The door had a regular lock as well as a swing bar lock. As a young solo-traveling gal, I felt comfortable here.Food & drinks: There was one vending machine by the elevator with some snacks at one at the front door with drinks, but the gas station right behind the building was very convenient if you want something else.Breakfast was pre

Food & drinks: The breakfast is very, very simple, but the worst thing is the lady who serves because from before 9am she no longer wants to restock anything, in theory it ends at 9:30am but before 9am she no longer supplied anything and several people left. They were left without eating, he even smiles as if he were happy that they arrived and couldn't reach

Stayed for one night..Found room was clean and the manager took care of us and promptly helped in getting the heating issue resolved. Breakfast was good, would have been nice if they serve eggs/sausage too.

The gal at the front desk was friendly when we arrived, though the card machine was struggling, which isn't anyone's fault. Outside the building smelled like straight up garbage juice, though. Like, to the point I was nearly gagging, so that didn't leave the best first impression, and it didn't get any better over the course of our stay. That being said, the first thing I noticed upon arriving in our room was the MUST. It smelled like old laundry that had been left in the washer too long and then put through the dryer anyway. I hoped it would disappear over over time but even after being out for four plus hours, the stink remained. We had to use some Febreeze to make it tolerable. The AC worked great when it was running, but it would switch, on its own, to auto and both my brother and I sleep hot so we woke up in pool's of sweat in the middle of the night it was unpleasant at best. The beds were very comfy, though. The couch had a couple of small stains on it, and I found a pretty gross stain on the outer, sheer curtain but that's not a big deal considering that it's not used for anything. With all that though my BIGGEST irritation was the pool. I was expecting to be met by wet heat walking in, because that's just how pool areas are but nope. Cool as a cucumber. But that's fine because at least I wasn't suffocating. But then I noticed the lack of towels which are usually provided in hotel pool areas. No big deal, I asked for some at the front desk and was helped very quickly and with a smile. But then I got INTO the pool. The water was FRIDGID. Again, that's fine. Pool water is rarely warm but this was a step below that. And then I saw it. A little black bug floating in the water close to me. (Its an indoor pool with no outside access or open windows.) I swiped it out, thought 'how unfortunate,' and thought about continuing my descent until I looked further out and saw even MORE bugs and other unknowns floating in the deep end. That was an immediate nope from me and I was out of there. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I live in a cold state, and it's hard to find pools where one can just float, and exist, for a little while and I was looking forward to that, come to find out there was no way in hell that was happening. Not to mention that the hot tub had been cemented and tiled over like... really? This was my brothers birthday weekend and I know we went a little cheaper on the hotel than usual but this had the feeling of a Super 8 at best and that's not what we paid for. I'm sure there are reasons for some of this happening but it makes it no less frustrating. I'm sure this place was great in its prime but right now I'd call it questionable at best. It is not how I want to remember my first stay ever in Texas. ?Rooms: Clean but smell musty

Nice and quality stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were two families. Mr Anil and Mrs Bhavna took care of everything for us. Made our stay in Austin memorable.
