Waste of time. False advertising. I signed up through the Quest website for a metabolic panel, got a special code, reserved a time, fasted, then showed up to the quest lab and checked in, scanned my ID, got back to the blood draw area - and the lab tech had now idea why I was there. Said they needed more information to be able to draw blood. I would need paperwork from my doctor. WHAT! The website states one can get several tests done without consulting a doctor and that's false. I don't even understand what the point of this place is. If I'm going to the doctor I'll just get my blood drawn there. Will never return.

Bobbi was super friendly and helped make sure I got seen even though I didn't have an appointment. Michael was training and was the one who did the stick; he did a great job. Success on the first try, a gentle hand, and got me out of there quickly.

Really 4.5 stars... Great stickers here, I have had three different ones at this location so far and they all have been very good. Only issue I have is I have to bring my own tape, they only have the crummy paper tape and that is not adequate for me on blood thinners. UPDATE: 8/16/24 Bobby is a great sticker, she has fixed me right up about three times now, they still are using the the crummy tape at this location.

I needed to go in today for pre-employment blood draw and urine screen and I typically get so nervous about getting my blood drawn but Miss Bobbie to the rescue she made me feel so comfortable she is so sweet kind and knowledgeable and she had me in and out in 6 minutes during a busy afternoon thank you

Biggest issue was finding the place. It's located INSIDE Walmart but there was nothing outside indicating it was and the online address doesn't say either (or at least not that I could see)

I had the most amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics Anderson Lane this morning, I couldn’t wait to leave a review. I have Vasovagel Syncope and much causes me to pass out and sometimes throw up when getting my blood tested. Melissa the Phlebotomist who took care of me was AMAZING! I told her my usual symptoms when getting blood taken and she made sure I had water, a fan on me, and even brought me a granola bar for afterward. For the first time in years, I didn’t pass out! She was quick, efficient, made me feel taken care of and a pro in her practice. I couldn’t recommend Melissa enough! I will be visiting her from now on for any blood work!

Bobbi was absolutely amazing! I'm very anxious about blood draws but she was so kind and was so efficient!! Having a positive experience like that was a game changer!
