If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to go to the first location they had listed in Google only to find it was no longer there. You can't call either to find out if a location is there or open. Then I get to the 2nd location off Anderson. The kiosk didn't work properly. I finally got someone to give me an available appointment. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Then waited over an hour past my allotted appointment time. The phlebotomist blew one of my veins, and finally was able to prick one of my veins and get the blood he needed. I told him before we even started that my veins were not usable up near my elbow, and they had to use a butterfly needle in my hand. He didn't listen he still poked me near the elbow and couldn't find anything. He then blew one of the veins in my hand. Blood went everywhere and he was getting air inside of my hand. I had to pull away so he'd stop. Finally another person stepped in and was able to draw my blood. If you need to get your blood drawn, go somewhere else.

I'm finding a disturbing trend with both CPL and Quest in regard to drawing blood from pediatric patients. Today I brought in my 8yo and the phlebotomist could not fill the vial - and it was the only one available because it was for a trial from TrialNet. I'll be skipping this location and the CPL on Far West from now on.

My appointment was at 11am so I got checked in at 10:50am and was seen at around 11:20am. It was an easy process and the staff was friendly. Most importantly, my vein survived! No complaints here. If you made an appointment, you can either check in at the link they send via text or by entering your phone no. at the kiosk and showing your DL. If you're a walk-in, you still need to check-in at the kiosk and that might take a few minutes. Overall 10/10.

I had made an appointment for some testing and they lost my urine sample. Then when I came back to fix their mistake and give another sample, they made me waiting almost an hour in the waiting room. I was told I could just walk in and give a new sample, no appointment needed yet I still had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to fix THEIR mistake. I spoke with 3 different techs and the first 2 showed no care or concern. Never coming back to this location again

The staff is rude! Thank goodness this was just a drug test. I feel for the actual patients. No wonder they have a 2 star rating!

Little warning on this location. They’re going to send you text with a link to the location. Do not use that link as it will navigate you to a Walgreens several hundred yards away. This confusion will then delay you in arriving to the actual location which is buried inside a Walmart with no signage. If that delay is more than 1 minute they will cancel your appt. They will then inform you that they are aware of the issue with the text, this actually happens all the time and there is nothing they can do to help you (despite a 100% completely empty waiting room). They will also ask you to provide feedback to corporate….absolute joke.

I had an appointment at 1:00 PM, they were very punctual, and the lady that took care of me was really nice and it was pretty quick, less that 20 mins!

Not a fan. Your mileage may vary depending on the day and the employees, but not being able to make an appointment for the next several days due to all slots being filled up in Austin, I tried to walk in.Two hours later, I left without labs. So the first lesson is basically, you're really rolling the dice if you try to walk in at Quest nowadays. Make an appointment. One thing I wanted to mention about this particular location ... there was only one employee working there, and with a full waiting room of walk-ins, she came out to let us know her coworker had not shown up for the day, she was working alone, and it wasn't likely that she would be able to get to the walk-ins. Fine -- I understand, stuff happens. Then about 15 mins. later, another employee walked in (I can only assume it was the no-show coworker), probably clocked in, then walked OUT to grab herself some lunch, casually announced that she'd be "right with y'all." Folks, she was not "right with us." If I were this woman's colleague, I would have been pissed. The upside is that all was not lost. I was able to make an appointment like an hour away in Schertz, and that location was run much more professionally. I hope Quest weeds out some of its employees who don't want to do their jobs.

Had an appointment on a Saturday at 820am. Show up, there is a line of ppl waitting outside for the clinic to open. There is no note on the door...nothing indicating that they would be late. Not the best start!!

I like the convenience of Quest Diagnostics, however I showed up at 8:30am (1.5hrs after opening) on a Saturday and they were not open. Many people had appointments scheduled, but had to leave. Talking to the employees in the Walmart this is not uncommon. I do not appreciate the inconsistency with the store hours and when they are actually open

I am still waiting on my results from a Urinary Drug Screen I did 10 days ago. It should not be taking this long, and I am wondering what happened.

Made an appointment online. Still took them 45 min to see me. Like the Seinfeld routine, they know how to make an appointment, but they don't know how to keep an appointment. No explanation, acknowledgement, or apology as to why they were running late. Then I found another urine sample (full) in the bathroom. Someone could have doctored or contaminated it. When I tried to alert someone their attitude wasn't "thanks" but "you need to leave now".Quest hates people and that culture permeates all employees.Only reason I didn't give 1* is their phlebotomist didn't jav me, easy in and out.Use another lab if you get the chance.
