In a Randall’s, the phlebotomist was excellent. Great care, very talented. Very kind and professional. It was medical care like it should be, patient centric.

Everyone here is always very polite and I'm appreciative of that. However they are not prompt and do not allow enough time for their appointments.
If you're in a rush or on a lunch break DO NOT come here. They are never on time with your scheduled appointment time.

I went here for a 3rd try with quest diagnostics after another quest location made mistakes causing my labs to be thrown out. This location ALSO did my labs wrong! None of my labs were able to be read because of their errors. I have been sick for weeks and Quest just wasted 5 days if mine just to have all labs thrown out, from THEIR errors. Unacceptable

Don’t come here unless you have an appointment, I was in no hurry so I just walked in. The phlebotomist griped at me several times because I didn’t have an appointment and she won’t get off in time because of it. They should indicate on the website that appointments are required or that walk-ins are not accepted after a certain time. I got there at about 2:35 and and they closed at 4:30, I waited about 1.25 hrs which was okay I knew I didn’t have an appointment but they shouldn’t gripe at the customers!

The phlebotomist performing the blood draw during my appointment was FANTASTIC. She was kind, friendly, and was able to get all the draw needed with one stick in my traditionally tough-to get vein. She is a gem in all the ways!

Don’t listen to the haters. This place is fine. It was clean and Jane was an awesome phlebotomist. Just try to be respectful and show up on time ;)

I got blood withdrawal at Quest , my lab delayed 5 days , usually turn around 24 hours this time it’s been 5 days , i don’t know if they they lost my sample or something. my arm full with bruises also I never had this problem before. I’m thinking asking my doctor to switch my lab to different company.
