Usually a good place to come get a drink. But today, I came in with no customers at the counter, and every unsweetened tea option was completely out. I informed an employee having a casual conversation with their security guard behind the customer counter, that they were out. He responded with a dismissive "alright, well get to it", and continued his conversation.
Very disrespectful. I don't expect you to drop what you're doing to help if you're busy doing other work, but if you're having a casual conversation, and a flagship product is out of stock, I'd expect some immediate response or delegation.

I LOVE QT! But this location is horrible. Normally its a friendly welcoming atmosphere not this one. Shayla, Anglo lady, I assume, long hair is not very welcoming and rude. No soap in lady's bathroom I asked her if I may have some of there handsome from the back she stated we need it more than you guys cause its more important for us to have it. I said excuse me? So your customers who are paying and use your bathrooms where there are germs are not as important to use your soap. I said why not pull a bottle of dawn soap from the shelf and put it in the bathroom for your customers to use? Like duh u have people coming out of bathrooms no soap just pure water and walking about the store touching items or handles that other people will touch. Crazzzzyyy! Just horrible.

Question I do not want to give a bad review but I need to know if anyone put gas on this past Sunday at this QT. I always go to them for all my stops not just including gas . After church I stopped and put premium gas as I always use and my truck is doing a misfire I was about 15-20 miles to
empty when I put the gas the date was on 7/22/24 please let me know if anyone else is experiencing issues. Like I said this is my best store to stop never any issues before but my vehicle has never did this before either until I put the gas on Sunday

NO ONE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO WHAT WE JUST EXPERIENCED... This man may have been the rudest gas station attendant ive ever came across in my life. On top of acting like a complete and utter jerk for absolutely no reason, while my family was just trying to check out and leave. This weirdo then felt the need to whisper something to my kids... my son (6) and daughter (11) left feeling EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE they haven't stopped crying.

Great QT! Clean and quick service.To the guy complaining about security guards. I can tell you now they aren't like that. Idk what you did to get them on your case but maybe its better youre not there.

At one time this was a decent store. Now it's terrible, only qt I've ever been in that has 24 security. And the security are rude, they harass and think they are real police, which they are far from. Something really needs to be done about them. Will be going OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THIS STORE. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
