You know I've been coming to QT for a long time I don't know if it was maybe management or what but in the last I would say a Year QT has fallen off. Like I would rank them very close to some of the 7-Elevens in Austin that are nasty every time I go to this bathroom which is why I stopped coming here but the people across the street were closed but every time I come in here the bathroom smells like a porta potty and I feel like I'm going to catch something some kind of disease. QT really needs to do better

Check your stuff QT, they adding extra items and conveniently forget about the receipt. This happened to me several times here.

This morning I stopped as I always do. The coffee bar doesn't work and an cashier I've never seen before was extremely rude when I mentioned it.

It’s gas! It’s QT! It’s amazing. Always nice to be greeted when you walk in and there’s a variety of food and bevvie options.

Food orders from grill has gone down hill. I will no longer stop by. I can get gas and grill food elsewhere.

One of the nastiest stores I've visited so far. The bathrooms and the floors were a sticky muddy mess. Never mind the staff. Who seem keen on ignoring you. Stood in line for a while trying to check out. Casher knew I was waiting but didn't seem to care. Not very friendly either.
Overnight staff need to be retrained.
