Restrooms are only open during certain times for a 24 hour gas station/convenience store on a major interstate. Was still denied by employee even after explaining that it was an emergency and I have medical conditions that won't let me hold it to the next gas station at 1:30 in the morning. Pissed myself trying to find another place. Do better QT.

QuikTrip always fast and friendly service product is always stocked bathrooms usually always clean . My only two issues are some of the store are in great traffic locations but the homeless hang around and that forces QT to lock the bathroom doors at night the problem is the store is open 24 hours and travelers can't use the bathrooms

Shoutout to the team working today at 3pm who assisted me when I locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car. They were super friendly and let me use their phone and offered me a free drink while I waited. This QT is always super clean any time I visit and everyone is always kind! Love my neighborhood QT!

I am disabled and I had to use the restroom. It is midnight and apparently they close the restroom every single night. I told him I was disabled and I need to go to the restroom and they refused to open it for me. I will be calling a lawyer so I hope your district manager gets this, that is called discrimination

Restrooms closed from 11pm till 5 am?So what am I supposed to do while traveling thru in the middle of the night? Qt needs to re-assess this decision bc we went one exit up to whataburger and spent $50 instead. Isj

I had to go to the bathroom so bad and I stopped here and the restroom is closed from 11pm-6am. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

This is the worst location. My husband and I used to stop here every night after work on our way home for our alcohol, smokes and morning caffeine. To the point they were confused when we drove separately and didn’t buy our usual items. We dealt with Neveahs attitude and making you bag your own items. We even adjusted when they locked two doors to avoid theft and scanned our ids to open the alcohol coolers every night. Tonight the scanner wasn’t working and the manager refused to help saying she would lose her job to help us buy items we are legally able to purchase and do so every night. We will never return to this location and may even find another business to buy our daily items from. Nice to be treated like criminals being loyal customers. I’m very disappointed and disrespected

Outstanding experience! The food items (hot or cold) are fresh, available, of good quality. The staff is very helpful, friendly, polite, very active, willing to go the extra mile (Kerri, Vivian, Brandon, Joshua, Darryn, Jose, Carlos, Tierra). Even at rush hours (day or night) they manage the wait line to be non-existing (or max a couple of minutes).Security does an outstanding vigilant job (Cory), so the place is very safe.The store is always very clean (day or night) and the gas pumps have all the windshield washer accessories available. I lived in many states (and also in few countries) and I can tell I am very impressed with this store. I strongly recommend it.

First time stopping by this gas station and convenience store. As soon as I walked in, the lady working in the kitchen there welcomed me, “Welcome to QT! “ that was a nice surprise.She showed me how to order food from kiosk very kindly. When I picked up the order, she said “ Hope you enjoy the sandwiches, because I made them with LOVE !” How sweet is it!When I told her, the lady’s room floor was wet, she asked a staff to check on it immediately.We need more hard working people like her. They make their customers feel valued and understood. I praise her work ethic and high level of customer service!The beef wrap and Italian sandwich she made were really good. Love makes the difference!

Austin community alert. At this QT gas station located at 12213 Tech Ridge Blvd, Austin, TX 78753 My workers have just been robbed, I tell you, I am going with 100 dollars in cash, to pay 15 dollars but I realize that my car can be put 25 dollars more would be a total of 40 dollars, giving me a change of 60 dollars. I go to the gas pump to put in the 40 dollars and I only put in 25 dollars having the receipt, I come back and ask for my other 15 dollars and the lady who served me got nervous and a different lady came and gave me a receipt for her machine where it says (minus 15 dollar and shows below 25 dollar) but the pump never gave me the 15 dollar. I showed her a photo of the bomb outside where she says 25 dollars and nothing more. To be brief, she got upset, I had to call my family, two very kind and humane gentlemen stepped up and helped me, and the last lady, who was very unprofessional and had very little ethics to work in this job, offended me and threaten me. IN A LOUD VOICE, SHE TOLD ME THAT I COULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS GAS STATION. Could she be the owner? Will she be a racist lady? How many people has this happened to? Because we allow these people to work with the public. I kindly left, turned my back, went to my car and started writing what just happened to him. Note: I will publish all the photos and receipts from the above.
