We were told 5 to 6 payments of 535 a month and that will take care of our down payment after we got commercial insurance for this van which you need to have on it then they to LMK d us 1500 d I wn payment was need when the whole time we told them we didn't have a down payment and 5 to 6 months of 535 was to be the down payment it was a bait and switch on us I got the km eys threw them on the desk and walked out never again would I trust them and nor should anyone else

I stumbled onto their website back in December when I was looking at cars. I knew right then I wanted to buy from these guys. And I was so right to do so. They worked with me and my husband to get us into exactly what we wanted. Hands down the easiest, smoothest car sales transaction. They were upfront, honest, just all around easy to work with. These people have life long customers out of us. If you’re not buying from these folks, you are messing up. Hands down best used car dealership in the Austin area.

Just purchased my car from them and within a week my check engine light came on and my traction light I tried to turn it off but it stayed on the first day o got it my tire pressure light was on I told them I was then sent to the tire shop to replace the tire but the light never went off I recently lost my job and was told by Gabby as long as I pay the insurance they would work with me after that my car was picked up gave them 2000 down and they never answered the phone I can never speak with Gabby again now after I put that money down please people do your self a favor try other car dealerships I'm a single parent and was robbed of my money now I'm without a car and they don't care this place is not recommended they will robb you blind and not to mention they don't have mechanics and they no how to cut the lights off on the cars before you buy them that's how they make there money the cars are lemon's.

I would highly recommend ANYONE to purchase with R&D!! They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and make you feel like family!! The owner is such a down-to-earth God fearing man, he even out there washing the car before you leave the lot. They care about the quality in their cars and stand behind their name!!
