I had water coming up from the laminate floor in my bedroom when it rained. Foundation companies said call a plumber. Plumbers couldn't help because it only happened when it rained.I added dirt against the foundation, had gutters installed, but nothing helped. Water kept coming up from the floor. Had the laminate floor pulled looking for foundation cracks, but it was solid.Remembered reading that flashing around roof vents could leak. Found Rainwater Restoration and Waterproofing during a search, and called immediately. Brad came out that afternoon and determined the deteriorating chimney was directly over the leaks. He sealed all the chimney joints and resealed all 10 roof vents. Finally, an answer, and a solution to what was causing the leak. Thank you, Brad, for excellent work at a very reasonable price.
