Worst place I’ve been to in terms of everything. Bugs, hair, broken things in room, smell, hidden fees. Had to check out immediately and book a different hotel which is today 03/08/2024. Don’t know if I’ll get a refund, will probably call the health inspector. As a veteran if you are reading this don’t even do it just pick a better hotel like Hilton

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. The only problem I have with this place is how long it takes for them to return the incidental fee. I stayed for 9 days and paid separate fees for each day. I have yet to have those fees returned to me. It's been 2 weeks since my stay.

Not the worse hotel I've been in since coming to Austin. As far as what you get, really just a bed. Internet is probably the worse out of all the hotels in Austin, the America's Best Inn place had internet 20 times better and that place was a dump.Elevator smells absolutely horrid, can't even describe the smell. Nothing included. you want anything your buying it, good thing is it's next to a circle K. Not even free coffee in the am.The place is kinda run down, probably was nice at some point, but they nickel and dime you like a high end hotel when it's really about the equivalent to a super 8 with worse internet.

I guess don’t expect too much for a $60 dollar stay. The rooms are clean enough, the service is okay, and the location is fine. You can’t charge anything to your room which is a little annoying but whatever. You also have to go downstairs to the lobby for a glass of water unless you wanna drink tap.We left for the day around 10 and when we got back at 7:30 the sheets were changed as we requested, but the room had not been picked up. We had left some small trash and it was still there when we returned. Bit annoying but not the end of the world. Just means it wasn’t the best once-over.This review would be one star higher if they had tucked in my frog when they changed the sheets, but they did not. Mmph.

THANK YOU FOR TREATING ME AND MY HUSBAND SO DISGUSTING AND UNFAILY AND HATEFULLY THAT IT CAUSED OUR LITTLE PRECIOUS DAUGHTER TO BE BORN EARLY! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT. CANT WAIT TP FIND OUT WHAT THE JUDGE THINKS!If you are planning on coming to Austin for any sort of medical proceedure I PRAY YOU DO NOT COME HERE. They will not show you any respect or decency and would put out a cancer patient for having cancer. Even if they payed. They are human waste and publicly humiliated me while forcing me to carry luggage I physically couldn't and verbally assaulting me and threatened to put me out in 17 degrees whether. Knowing my medical condition They still were I sensitive and caused me to postpone medical treatment because their credit card machine was down. I couldn't leave til they could take my payment and then refused lodging the day after. I couldn't carry my things and my husband was at his job being interinterviewed for his raise and missed my phone calls I had no one to help and this caused my water to break outside in the parking and I went into early labor very very fast my phone died and I had to cry in the parking lot for help because the front desk staff and general management staff did not want to help me or call my husband for me.i was taken by ambulance and had my babyWithin 24 hours. It was a horrific and traumatic experience. There is a special place in hell for these kinds of people...

The hotel looks good. Looks better inside than it does outside. There was a little bit of a 'stale' smell though in both the halls/room.The single elevator was missing it's inspection file. The room itself appeared clean. It has a balcony' but it was only about a foot wide. There is an restaurant "The Hideaway Kitchen & Bar" that is basically part of the hotel. I believe it is owned by the same people as the hotel but run separately. The food was a bit expensive considering what we paid for the hotel. There are QR codes in each room that you can use to order food associated with your room number. Just need to pick it up yourself.Walking distance to a Circle K, about 30 seconds from hotel door to convince store door.

Mediocre, at best. There was a very chemical/odd smell on the 3rd floor. The room was ok, nothing special, the bed was very hard. My biggest complaint is the front desk. While the woman checking us in was nice, she took a photocopy of my driver's license and then left it face up on the desk. Not cool at all. First, she couldn't tell us why she was making a copy, and second, she should place it face down so others cannot see it and steal one's identity. I'd like to know why you make a copy and what happens to it after it's copied? Does it get shredded when I check out (I hope and pray)? Why can't the front desk clerk clearly explain why you do that? All in all, I'd pass on this hotel. There are so many other hotels in Austin that are nicer for about the same price, and don't engage in suspicious behavior.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was assigned a room for October 1-3 2023 from a reservation I made back in august 2023. When I entered the room 215 I smelled one of the worst damp mildew smells I’ve ever smelled In my life. The sheets were damp, the carpet was wet. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room. They changed my room to 217. I smelled the same exact smell and was absolutely disgusted and scared for my health. The next day rolled around and I left the hotel to get lunch.I came back to my room with a maintenance person standing near the air conditioner with it half taken apart. He could not speak English and kept saying one and two word statements like “leave” and “get new room”.I went down to the front desk and asked west was up and they moved my hotel rooms Again!!!! The next hotel room 104 was just as bad as all the others. This room has laminate flooring instead of carpet and the laminate was swollen and coming up in several places.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy let alone a friend. All of these reviews EXCEPT for the 1 and 2 star reviews are completely fake on this hotels page. This should be a crime to deceive people like this.Rooms: Absolutely disgusting. All of the in room air conditioners in the three rooms I was forced to move in to were all musty, wet, high humidity, smelling like a dirty air conditioner.

Horrible experience. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never cleaned throughout the whole stay. I had to call reception for towels everyday. I did not have shampoo, conditioner or soap. I had to go and buy. Also, the night before checkout i found a dead cockroach near the fridge. I told the front desk but they couldnt do anything. Horrible service and horrible hotel. I would never stay in it again and don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I have to give this hotel 1 star their night staff front desk associates are rude. I called about questions concerning my reservation and instead of asking to call back in the morning they kept referring me to call the 3rd party who you booked us with and hung up on me. So I did and guess the property is responsible for updating my check in date. I will never give a business my money who treats their customers this way.

We were offered a free trip to Austin TX. We stayed at Ramada Inn. Which would not have been my first choice. But overall it was good. The people were very nice. The restaurant next to the hotel was Awesome. The pool area was quite busy every day but we always found a table to enjoy happy hour.

The room was fine but not very clean. Pillows looked like the pillowcases weren't changed out, the couch had a stain, desk area and night stand was not thoroughly cleaned, no cable TV (PlutoTV), linens were clean, sidewalks and entrance needs a major powerwashing! Didn't feel very safe, and didn't feel like my car was safe. Won't stay here again.
