Why would you make a decision to not set up isles or the front of the store or where the baskets go and have people waiting inside?! It’s 20 degrees. Sure you don’t have enough staff but you are ALWAYS understaff. There are better ways and decisions other then make everyone wait outside. The Managment needs to make better decisions for customers. Sure we are lucky you open but there are better ways than this way. Unbelievable

I read a couple of reviews from people that were very uncomplimentary. My wife and I have been customers at this Randalls now for almost 4 years. The pharmacists and staff have always been pleasant and helpful with excellent service, no errors, and they know our names by sight as well as our medical problems/conditions. That is very unusual. They also give "no pain" vaccine injections! Always a nice experience. Cliff Stripling (a retired pharmacist)

We have been using this Randalls for some of our grocery pickups (curbside) during the pandemic. They are always very friendly and are careful to wear masks and respect social distancing. But we have had some real problems with the quality of some of the items we have ordered. Specifically, the salad mixes have been BEYOND ripe (yuck) even though the "best by" date was several days in the future. We have also gotten fresh berries that were molded and had to be thrown away, and even a few products that were already past their expiration dates. C'mon, Randalls, you can do better than this, especially since you require a $30 minimum curbside order when certain other stores have no minimum. And what's with only a very few of the Randalls stores even offering curbside?

Worst pharmacy. They are usually over priced compared to HEB or CVS. The staff is super rude and tell something that they can’t deliver. CVS at four points is much better.

I have no idea why there are negative review here as most of them seem situational and somewhat petty. I have had my medication filled at this store for more than 5 years and the Pharmacists and techs have been fantastic! The store is expansive, clean and the staff have always been great. Allow me to relay an experience I had just today. I was looking for a product at the Pharmacy that was out of stock. I grabbed the nearest staff member, Connor, and asked for his help. He immediately began tracking down why the item was out of stock and what could be done. Because I didn't have one with me, he texted me his number so I could send him a picture of the barcode of one I already had when I got home. he reached out to me a few hours later telling me he was looking into why the warehouse hadn't been sending this item and would get back with me! This wasn't a manager, this was a young man working most likely his first job. This type of experience is what I often encounter at Randalls. Sherie, the GM of the store, seems to be very supportive of her staff and really works hard to ensure everyone is there for the store customers. All I can say, in addition to the above, is Randalls has been doing a great job of ensuring my positive shopping experience for the past 5 years. Consistency is the key and they are consistent. Don't look at situational and petty reviews. Look at those who represent extended experiences!
