I was told a week prior to my prescription arriving as a transfer from another pharmacy that they would fill for my online provider after doing a search on his name. Once there the manager refused to fill it and could not tell me exactly why they have a discriminatory policy not to fill from online providers nor would he look up my providers name. I have a referral from my local Dr. to my online provider for the prescriptions and other pharmacies can fill them. I had to transfer because the other pharmacies were out. Is this not hoarding a hard to get medication? The manager was extremely rude and snappy and had me on hold for 10 minutes. Do better Randalls.

Slow. Claims they filled 90 day supply but only 30 was given. Claims they will call when ready. Never calls. Never knows what’s going on.

I was excited that I had a jobsite next to Randall's on a gloomy day. I packed a salad and was looking forward to having hot loaded potato soup for my hybrid lunch. I went in, looked around, and there was no hot soup bar to be found. All there was to be found was cold soup....effing... cold soup on a cold day. I'm a well fed girl....and was not looking forward to just salad for lunch. The lightbulb chicken did not strike my fancy. So, thanks I bought a different salad to eat with my salad. Two salads for dinner is not my idea of a satisfying meal. ?

If I could give no stars I would . I went in to get a flu shot and there was no one in line and their websites says walk-ins are welcome . Some rude old bat told me I had to get on their website and make an appointment . Hey what about elderly people that don’t have an I phone and are unable to do that . I will never go back to that pharmacy again .

When you need food delivered Do Not use this Randall's. My first order said to be delivered it was not. I contacted Support. My refund would take 3-5 days and I could not get it delivered until tomorrow. BS! I went back into the app and placed another order, and paid the express cost. I received another notification that my order was delivered. It was not. I called the store who could basically do nothing. They told me I would be refunded for both orders. How nice of them but someone would call me tomorrow. I fortunately already canceled my yearly participation in their delivery service which I don't recommend. Continuing with their excellent customer service they don't refund for early cancellation.

This is mainly for the Starbucks inside Randalls. They have occasionally had a $5 Friday deal where you get a grande drink and pastry for $5!!! Yes, please! I also love they save used coffee grounds for your garden. Amazing !!

If you like to overpay for goods that are just about to reach (or often have surpassed) their expiration date and be treated to the worst service imaginable then by all means, Randall's is the store for you

I am actually a big fan of this chain, however this location has let me down on a few occasions now. Today I learned that this store apparently has a different return policy from all the others in the Austin area. This would've been the most convenient location to do a return, but instead it was a wasted stop. The manager that refused to return the item was rather glib about it. I guess customer satisfaction is not a thing here.

I recently had a prescription transferred to this pharmacy from another one with different company. Randall’s had the best price on GoodRX but every person I have spoken to in the pharmacy has been very rude and even hateful. I was told by someone who answered in customer service with the store that there are constant complaints about the pharmacy. I see why…
