I ordered a specific flower arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day through Uber Eats. I expected the arrangement to be prepared in advance and set aside for the driver to pick up since it was a prepaid order. Instead, the florist placed it out with other general arrangements for walk-in customers. When the driver arrived to pick up the order, it was no longer available. I understand they were busy, but I’m dissatisfied with the lack of organization and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering anything from this company again in the future.
