Food is cheap and affordable. Customer service (particularly at the actual service desk) Is very unfriendly. Recently I've been greeted with sighs, scowls, or eye-rolls. I always end up asking random employees to help!!

The deli department here has by far the best fried chicken in Austin. Don't bother with Popeyes, KFC, or anything else. It's a great value.👍

I loved it when they had hot sandwiches for lunch, and they didn't discontinue so many items that everyone loved. Besides that I guess it's alright.

The best grocery store in town! Everyone who works here is so kind and very helpful! Mark, their store manager will go above and beyond despite being super busy!
They have a great app and it’s so easy to use! They have BIG discounts and sales each week.

Not sure why this location is so run down being in Steiner Ranch. The ceiling is leaky and looks moldy and full of large holes especially above the ice cream aisle. For being a large corporate national retail chain, I thought this store would be maintained better with a broader assortment of products and more high end. I only shop here if I forget something, otherwise I go elsewhere. Wish it was better and hope corporate does some improvements because Steiner Ranch is far too nice of a neighborhood to have a subpar store.

Get the app and shop the sales or suffer a full 15% mark up on msrp. They are convincedly placed so I'll likely never stop shopping here. The fresh produce is usually lacking here but just give your stuff a good look over before check out. The staff are nice and the options are pretty good. Clearance section is usually poppin' too

This Randall’s is so unbelievably slow. I went and clogged their toilet, came back, and my meat still hadn’t been sliced! I felt like I was watching the sloths in Zootopia!

Deli department is joke. Refused to honor the Thursday turkey special if they sliced it. It very clearly says “sliced or pre bagged” but they hate working over there.
Expect to wait 10 minutes to be disappointed. Go to HEB, they will serve you with a smile

Look i don’t want to to be over the top with this review so i’ll keep it short. But between Courtney at starbucks, and tiara at bakery. Me and my girl had the best customer service experience.. um ANYWHERE. Peobably ever. Corporate please reach out. I’ll make time for this. Thank you so much ladies..
