Came in with an engine light and the lead mechanic Angel correctly diagnosed the problem and the manager Omar was able to explain the solution and promptly fix the issue. 10/10 recommended this place. Very professional and hospitable.

If I could leave zero stars I would , the manager at this location is extremely rude . I went in for a routine oil change and also wanted my air filter changed the employee notified me they were it of the part but if I purchased the part they would Install it for me . Once I left I purchased the air filter and returned upon arrival the manager approached me asking what services I was here to get I explained to him I’m getting my air filter installed but I already purchased the air filter since they didn’t have the part he responded I don’t know who told you to do that but we not installing a air filter for free ! I was shocked because I never asked for any services for free . Once I informed him I wasn’t looking for free services and asked him why he assumed I was looking for free services his response was he is the manager he was just letting me know in a very rude way. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this location . I have never been treated so poorly at any Mobil location but this interaction today really is unbelievable! Don’t go here unless you want to be treated poorly and talked too recklessly.

THESE GUYS DO COMPLY WITH THEIR COMMITMENT TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER IN EVERY EXPRESSION OTHER THAN DOING WHAT THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS, THEY SUGGEST THINGS THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED AND HAPPY.

This place is a TRAP and a SCAM they WILL up charge you on everything they can. Was charged $194 for an oil change. They charged me $16 skid plate removal to get to the oil filter when the oil filter located at the tip of the engine that didn't require special tools as well as a $20 uncharged for no apparent reason and ANOTHER $20 special charge. They charged 32 dollars for an 8 dollar part.
