Its unfortunate that a location that used to get people quickly out the door has a line to the door while an office of workers cackle with in listening distance, while leaving all the work on 2 representatives. If there are 4 windows and 10 representatives on hand then all 4 windows should be utilized. Especially 20 minutes from closing

I don't understand why the drive thru teller was replaced with ATM machines that NEVER work. In the last 4 months I have gone atleast once every 2 weeks outside of business hours to withdraw and I have to come during my work lunch hour or transfer to my son and have him come and take money out during businesshours. Bring back the teller that was open before 9 please for those of us who can't make it during normal business hours or get rid of atm fees if yours isn't working that day. I noticed this isn't the only one with constant atm issues but it's my home base one and we used to have the teller option. Today I was going to be late to work and make it in but you had about 6 people waiting to get in so I decided to come back after work and hopefully they will be working.

Been going here for over a decade - it was so convenient to quickly get my deposits done via the drive-thru. NOT NOW!! This location replaced all its tubes with automated machines - which will automatically put holds on the checks you deposit. Now, I have to get dressed up, park, and stand in line to hand my deposits to a teller inside to get the service I used to get. Bad move RBFCU! And MANY people who I met inside were pissed too!

This location needs to be all arms like gorgetown. But instead of only 4 ATMs they need 6 at this location with a 24 hour one on one bank teller when you need help. That would be incredibly.

Came to deposit money in the depository machine, all is well. Machine says to enter card so I do that. As soon as my card goes in, the machine says out of order! And it took my card!! So I go inside and the guy says there’s nothing they can do and I’ll have to order a new one. The least they can do is put a sign up by the machine if it’s out of order…. Just super annoying and not good customer service.

Just tried getting some cash out and the one And only ATM machine is out-of-order again. It seems every fourth or fifth time I go there, the ATM machine is not working. The nearby UFCU location has four or five ATM machines. Looks like I need to transfer my money to that other financial institution. I need access to my cash when RBFCU is closed. I ended up having to go to another RBFCU location that was an extra ten miles round trip for me to travel. I'm sure RBFCU is not going to reimburse me for my gasoline. I'm been doing business at this RBFCU location for six years and the ATM machine rarely was out-of-order, but now it's a constant issue. There is no need to contact me RBFCU unless you're going to reimburse me for my gasoline.
