Just tried getting some cash out and the one And only ATM machine is out-of-order again. It seems every fourth or fifth time I go there, the ATM machine is not working. The nearby UFCU location has four or five ATM machines. Looks like I need to transfer my money to that other financial institution. I need access to my cash when RBFCU is closed. I ended up having to go to another RBFCU location that was an extra ten miles round trip for me to travel. I'm sure RBFCU is not going to reimburse me for my gasoline. I'm been doing business at this RBFCU location for six years and the ATM machine rarely was out-of-order, but now it's a constant issue. There is no need to contact me RBFCU unless you're going to reimburse me for my gasoline.

They’re holding my funds because I had withdraws that weren’t covered I have no food in the house. My car insurance was canceled and my phone shut off. I don’t understand why they won’t release my $2700.

Been a member since 2015. No leniency when I wanted a fee refund. 1 in 8 years. Even when I told them I lost my job and was super low on funds. Do not bank here. No compassion.

Been with bank over a decade, and not the same bank. Recommend a different place to put your monies. Customer service is also rude .

I do like this branch at SPM, but this is by far the worst credit union I’ve ever been attached to. I shouldn’t be waiting 2 months for a credit card and every person I spoke to is saying they’re sending it to my address and I go up to the branch and the card has never even been ordered. On top of that, they deactivate my debit card for no reason, so I don’t have a physical card on me and I’m not able to use Apple Pay or put the numbers in manually because it comes up as an error. I’m not understanding the disconnect when I call the representatives. It would be a lot better if members could speak to people who actually know what they are doing.

Terrible credit union, you might as well be dealing with an automated computer system. The people who work here aren’t there to help you. Also they use jd power for valuations.

This location surpasses the Ben white location. Great customer service, kind tellers, and speedy service. The ben white location could learn a thing or two from this location!

5 stars for the friendly and helpful staff. Customer service call center could not fix my issue and the line cut off. Walked in to the branch and walked out happy in less then 15 minutes.

They're thieves plain and simple they wash your accounts put your transactions on pending for days than wash it away and they come back and take your money again for the same transaction don't bank here

Love this Credit Union! The Customer Service is the BEST I've ever experienced! Thank all of you at RBFCU for your recent help and advice in my ongoing Complaint with BBB against this Apartment Complex, about what to do regarding the FRAUDULENT checks to "reconcile" the 1st FRAUDULENT check I received from an Apartment Complex that was intended to be my refund for the $350 refundable deposit I made with them when I applied for an apartment and paid an additional nonrefundable $50 application fee with them back in June of 2020. I was denied the apartment and this has been a nightmare ever since with them trying to get my "refundable $350 deposit" back.Even though it is very disheartening that an Apartment Complex who is owned by large Corporation would scam me not just once, but, twice, the 2nd time being 2 more FRAUDULENT checks that bounced, the staff at RBFCU has been more than helpful in giving me advice as to what to do next in my cooperation with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. I can't express my gratitude for your time and kindness in handling this matter further. :) With the help if the Better Business Bureau, I am confident that I will now receive a money order or cashier's check this time, the 3rd time, and will deposit into my account as soon as I receive it.Wishing all of you at RBFCU Holiday Cheer, a very Mwrry Christmas and, with much appreciation and kindest regards.✝️??❤?
