I thought the drive-through closed at 6PM? I went at 5:10PM through the drive-through and the lady just kept saying “we’re closed”. I said that the website shows “Drive through: Closes soon • 6 PM”. She still kept saying that they’re closed. If the drive-through is closed at 5PM, please update it.

Worst god damn bank in the world, they decide to decline your card whenever they feel like it, like when you’re stuck at a gas station without any gas in the car, and on top of all this their customer service is subpar, they all send you to the next department and keep you in a cycle because no one feels like taking action!

Went in there with questions and concerns and all were addressed professionally and without waiting in line forever. The bank was quiet, not busy, and all windows were manned by tellers. I also opened a checking account and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Karla and Mathew were outstanding. There was also a silver, short haired man that appeared to be a supervisor who was extremely attentive and very professional. Great experience!
