I am in the process of relocating from Indiana down to Austin, Texas. I also refinanced my car with rbfcu recently and they gave me a better interest rate than what I had it financed with up in Indiana. I am also in the process of transferring all of my financial from Chase to rbfcu, for instance, my checking account /debit card, I am getting rid of my 29% interest rate Visa that Chase offers me and going to go with RBFCUs MasterCard which they offer at a better rate and I am also opening a savings account with RBFCU. They are a wonderful company and very nice people work at this branch that is by my house off of lake oak Creek Drive here in Austin and it's right around the corner from my new apartment. They've welcomed me and helped me immensely. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to switch from their banking facility that they're at now to a better one sincerely, Joseph E. Hall

I had an amazing experience at the Lake Creek RBFCU branch! Brian was so welcoming and genuinely funny. He immediately made me feel like family. Katherine helped me set everything up, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. She was incredibly kind and personable. I’ve been with the same bank for 18 years, so opening a new account was a big step, but switching to a credit union was absolutely the right choice. Highly recommend this branch!

Bank discriminates and denies depositing my checks. It's specifically this location that always tells me they are not able to release my money and they lock my card without authorization and do not tell me when it will be unlocked again

Went to pull money out and see why my card is declining. Sabrina (the sweetest) informed me the card has been active since Dec 29th, but when I go to make a purchase it gets declined. I have to call EVERYTIME to use my card. I should’ve never joined this credit union. Such a pain in my butt.

Bank just doesn't work anymore I try to link my bank to cash app Venmo and truebill but for some reason the bank won't link to any of them so I cant use these services and on top of that nobody can send me money threw wire transfer and now I'm bout to be overdrafted all thanks to rbfcu absolute trash bank Cant use it for anything.
