This branch has consistently provided excellent customer service. The bank tellers and reception are warm and friendly. They take an interest in me as a customer and provide a very positive experience. I highly recommend this bank and this branch. I have multiple business accounts and a personal checking account here and I love my experiences!

Exceptional Customer Service at My Local Branch in Four Points.
The service at my local branch of RBFCU is truly phenomenal. The employees consistently go above and beyondâthey know my name, are always courteous, and handle all of my transactions, both personal and business-related, with care and professionalism. Their dedication to building relationships with members is truly commendable, and I canât say enough good things about the team at this branch.
However, I did experience a frustrating situation regarding charges to my account due to an accounting mistake on my end. Despite having funds in other accounts and several protection systems in place, I was still charged hundreds of dollars in fees. Unfortunately, my request for a refund was denied, which left me feeling disappointed, as I believe the fees were unnecessary given the circumstances.
While this incident nearly led me to consider switching banks, the exceptional service and relationships Iâve built with the employees at my local branch convinced me to stay. Their kindness and commitment to customer service make a difference, and theyâre the primary reason I continue to trust RBFCU with my banking needs.

This is the most pathetic banking institution around... RBFCU's quality seems to degrade further and further every year. I just spent well over an hour on the phone (most of that on hold) just to verify that I am in fact using my own debit card, after I had already responded to the fraud alert text message confirming it was me.With that said, after standing at the cash register for an hour on the phone with RBFCU trying to gain access to my own money I finally got them to unlock my debit card... Well lucky me, the nightmare had only just begun.After jumping off the phone and going to use the card it didn't work, so I opened my RBFCU app up and found that the bank had now locked me out of my own online login! What's even more fun is that when I went to reset the account, it told me that my own username, banking info, and social security number were wrong. So here I am on the phone approaching hour number two, reliving the nightmare I thought I had just escaped.I cannot wait to start banking with literally anyone else, I hate RBFCU.Edit: Here we are two weeks later and the website is blocking me from transferring my own money from my checking to my savings. So I get to call customer service once again, I hate RBFCU.

Been in Austin going on 2 years now so I needed a Credit Union here. Stopped in 1st thing Saturday morning, with warm smiles from the front desk receptionist. Travis was able to get me in an out with no problems. Gave me great feedback on all the things they offer, and I end up opening a loan with them the same day an was approved & still made it to work before 10 am!

I would do zero stars.Aparna and Travis are terrible managers for RBFCU on rd 620. Aparna is incompetent, blames her staff, and lacks leadership skills. Travis smells bad, doesn't intervene in conflicts, and doesn't take action when needed. Both of them display poor management skills and fail to provide a positive environment for staff and members. Overall, their management is a disservice to RBFCU.

Went in to get cash for Christmas gifts. They were unwilling to provide bills in large denominations. I had to get it at Chase where I have an account.

Local location is nice enough. Online they are great when you are setting up a new loan or service.God forbid if something is wrong and you need help with something. I transferred a decent amount of money online to an external bank only to find out to days later that it did. It go through as RBFCU blocked it. Went through 4 different people on the phone just to move that money to an external account paying 10X apy of RBFCU. Took 1.5 hrs as each level was not authorized to move the amount of money I was requesting.I am currently on hold, 45 minutes into a call for them to correct routing information from an external bank (their mistake). Add insult to injury I have a late fee that the agent is âunauthorizedâ to remove.Run, not walk, away.

First time to come to this branch. Ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. I have never had a problem coming to or using this bank. I take that back I have had one problem they recently switched their online payment to having to go through a third vendor that requires too much personal information including your password and username to your bank account. I've said this in the past so I will repeat it I will never hand out my password and username to all my money to anybody. So it's a pain in the butt but I drive-in to a branch to make a payment.
