“Laurie was recommended to us by a friend whom she had worked with on two home transactions and we were extremely happy to be guided through the process with her. We worked with Laurie for about 8 months leading up to our home purchase. She walked with us through something along the lines of 20 - 30 homes before we landed on the right one. She was always prompt and professional and, despite having been through many, many home tours with us, never let off the gas when we were interested in touring a home (thank you Laurie!). In Austins competitive residential market it is very important to be working with a diligent agent with experience. With her access to off - market options we were able to be the first to see new homes that were about to hit the market and avoid multiple offer situations. The home that we landed on was on the private market for less than 24 hours before we were able to tour it. When we came around to option periods and home inspections, Laurie had reputable and thorough candidates to vet each obstacle we encountered.
