The manager here sucks! He tried cheating me out my boot warranty and would not honor a warranty that’s still valid. He told me just buy new boots with your work voucher.

Went in for my first pair of work boots from RW, Jaye helped me out. He went above & beyond to make sure I got the perfect fit as my size was not in stock. If I like the iron rangers I got I will be back, so far so great.

Turned up before closing and they closed the door in my face. I knocked and pointed to the time they just shrugged. I’d taken an uber to pick up boots. Total waste of time and terrible customer service.

Just stopped in to pick up some new insoles and laces. They had the insoles, but did not have the laces. The employee behind the counter was very helpful...I was in and out pretty quick.

I had a great experience buying my first work boots. Having just started a new job I was not sure what I was looking for when I walked into the store but Amanda was was a great help and pointed me in the right direction for the boots that worked best for me and my new job

I needed durable, non slip, steel toed boots for some challenging job sites, same day. Jaye was patient, knowledgeable, and had a friendly enthusiasm that made a stressful day a lot easier. I’ve only been wearing the boots for one day but they’ve already made my job safer, and they’re darn comfortable

Red wing shoppers for 10+ years but had to share our wonderful experience today. Mariah helped us today. When we got in there we were the only shoppers but by the middle of our experience there was 6 other groups that entered. Mariah was incredibly amazing we felt bad for her bcuz she was the ONLY worker at the store. She was super knowledgeable about the shoes. Measuring out orthotics & providing help to many other parties. Poor woman was left all alone, no manager to help her out on a Saturday around 130/2pm. We had a wonderful experience if it wasn't for Mariah. She deserves so much praise & to be recognized for what she had to deal with today. Husband walked out happy camper with his new exos lite with brand new custom fitted orthotics.

Brought my moc toes in here to get them cleaned and stretched. I haven’t cleaned them or oiled them in 3 years. Mariah took care of me and got them looking brand new again. I’m very happy with how they came out. They got alot of compliments at work already.
Also I put the Anti-Fatigue soles in them after raw dogging it for 3 years with the basic leather soles. It’s a night/day difference and I definitely recommend getting fitted for soles
