My perception is that this is one of H-E-B's more run down locations. They seem to service lower grade clientele. That being said, I have had many great experiences with the staff. Dayl, a manager, has really gone out of his way to help me a few times and always says hi, remembers me by name. They have some really really excellent quality people who work here, but the aesthetic could definitely be upgraded. Supply wise they don't have the best selection, but they're very close to where I live so sometimes I just end up here for essentials out of convenience.

The management nor the employees at this store are practicing social distancing. This says alot about the regard they have for their loyal customers. Not to mention the horrible example they are setting for future management partners.

Shopping Instacart during Coronavirus and I got kicked out at 8pm sharp the middle of a 45$ order. I had 17 items to go. All that community help they and Favor(same company) preach is bs. I also had a separate experience where they just act rude. I don't know what these other shoppers could possibly do to make them discriminate but it's poor and lowly behavior.

Absolutely worst service from Christine. I would rather drive further to go to a different H-E-B than support this one until she is gone. Instead of being rude and a smart a** about your assistance, don't help. Sorry to inconvenience you Christine. I will be calling corporate in the morning. They got 1 star because you have to put something.

Never ever purchase a prepaid card but I needed to today to renew my ID online. Followed all directions to activate the card and even confirmed on the website where I signed up for an account which stated my account was active. I tried to use it online, over the phone, and even at the gas station (inside) and it was getting declined. I went to the HEB where I purchased it on William Cannon and I35 and customer service was no help and just suggested I call the number on the back of the card again. So I did and the customer service representative who barely spoke English to which I could barely understand what she was saying and asking told me she could not complete the activation to my PREPAID card that I had already load it with $20 because I needed to send them documentation of my proof of address because she could not confirm my identity after asking me questions that I correctly answered. I asked to speak with a supervisor which she stated they would tell me the same thing but i was persistent and then she said that i couldn't speak to a supervisor. The only options she gave me was to send the documentation or she could send me a check for my $20 back to the address she stated she needed to verify. Like why send a check to the address you stated you couldn't confirm?? So me becoming frustrated over the situation I just told her to send the check to that address because I DO LIVE THERE which I kept telling her to get the hint. Worse customer service and prepaid card if you have to go thru all this b********

This is busy for a small HEB. We always do curbside and never have had an issue. The associates are great and always courteous, thanks!

Nice, small H-E-B. I like coming here when I need something quick. Sometimes I don't find much meats. What I hate, though, is the long lines. They barely operate the cashiers registers, maybe 2 or 3 out of 10 (idk how much there is). Good H-E-B just be prepared to wait a while, especially if u do your big shopping trip here.

I always loved HEB when I lived in Austin, Tx. I moved to Albuquerque and am now stuck between Albertson's and a Kroger called Smith's. Here in Albuquerque grocery prices are at LEAST 30% higher, and often 50%. The fruit and veg in HEB was always beautiful and cheap. Here in the high desert, trucking routes are long and the fresh fruit and veg are often just ruined as well as being expensive. Meats are second class here and even the price of canned vegetables would make you wince. No wonder fresh food is so popular in Austin and so rare and disappointing here. There are also Walmarts, and they are as awful and expensive as the local grocers .So People, be thankful for decent groceries at a reasonable price. Like they say, I never knew how good I had it before it was gone.

I went to HEB, as I have so many times in the past, to get change as a neighboring business. The young lady said that they do not give change to businesses. I then went to one of the young men who had been there and appeared to be a team leader and advised him that I would not be shopping there anymore. Instead of trying to save a customer he merely turned his head and said ok. Farewell HEB.!!!!!

This is the most disgusting H-E-B in town. This is the second day in a row that I have witnessed teenagers bringing dogs into the store! Not a f****** service dog a pet. It's disgusting the store is the worst grocery store in Texas I don't ever wanna go back there again

I haven't lived in Texas in about three years and really could not wait to get back. One of the reasons was the H-E-B's. The first when I go into and I am rudely approached by a tall skinny lady in a black H-E-B shirt. She came up to me in a disgusted tone to tell me they didn't allow dogs. I replied that other dogs were in the store. Then she repackaged her message and saying that they didn't allow non-service animals. I am in a wheelchair with a service animal and this person could not figure it out and came at me in a condescending approach that absolutely was an awful experience for me. How can she be in this line of business
