Went because of the 4D theater to see Demon Slayer. Theater was nice and clean. Concessions were very limited. We are used to Santikos and Evo that have full kitchens and lots of options. 4D motion seemed to be off sync with movie with motions and vibrations happening after on screen actions. We think that it was supposed to drop fake snow during some scenes but nothing came out. Still, we enjoyed our time but wouldn't drive an hour out of town to do it again.

Love this location! Extremely clean and well kept. Had a great time and the best Customer Service by a staff member named John. Very professional and personable! Looking forward to my next visit.

First things first I was super impressed but then the more I I went in the worst it got . I know it’s a movie theaters but $17 for 2 drinks is crazy . 3rd as I was walking up the stairs in the theater I saw a big cockroach. 🤮

Do you like understaffed theaters? Do you like theaters that allow patrons into movies? Do you like theaters that not only seem to encourage talking during films but will actually kick you out bc you asked management to talk to people and ask them to be quiet despite other patrons having your back and telling the manager you did nothing wrong? Then this is the theater for you! I took my best friend there last night for her first theater experience since an invasive surgery and when I told management about some patrons talking during the movie, the small anxious manager kicked me and my friend out as well. Screw this place. I’ll drive further to Alamo from now on

Needs a bit of an update and more workers. Lines are extremely long at the concession stands making it almost impossible to get to your screening on time. The concession stand is old and needs a major update they have one icee machine….. The only redeeming factor is the 4dx. Just pray the smoke machine is filled. lol

The theater itself is decent, but the staffing for the concessions is definitely inadequate. And since you have to buy tickets at the concession counter, you have to make sure you get there early. I waited almost 15 minutes and not a single person was waited on. There was somebody at the front, but I don’t know what they were doing. Eventually, the people behind me just said to each other “screw it Let’s go see the movie before it starts, we can pay on the way out”, and they walked in to the theater. By the time their movie was over the concessions were probably closed and the theater lost revenue. This is really bad management.

This theater is hands down one of the best I’ve been to! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the seats were extremely comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. The sound and picture quality made the movie feel like an experience, not just a showing. I also loved how easy the ticketing process was and the concession stand had plenty of fresh options. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I want a great movie night! 🎬🍿
