Matt is the man. Honest, patient and professional he always comes in under budget and provides better quality compared to other jewelers and I more than shopped around to be sure on every purchase. My fiancé, sister in law, brother and myself are more than happy with all of our rings/jewelry over the past couple of years! True craftsmen/artists with this company.

Excellent attention to detail. Family heirloom watches were cleaned and repaired expertly by the watch repair artisans at Regard Jewelry. Owner worked with me on family jewelry that had needed repair/update. Plus, I am ordering a new piece of jewelry Dan helped me to design. High praise and a hearty recommendation for Regard Jewelry!

I had a beautiful artisan charm bracelet several years ago they worked on to perfection. They understood to me it was priceless and did a fabulous job. This week I brought three bracelets to have new clasps, they did a beautiful job. When I look to purchase my next jewelry, they will be my first go to source. Quality work, friendly staff, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I also love they are in my neighborhood!

EDIT - Owner texted me, and asked me to bring the ring back in. I did so, and he said he would have it done and I could pick it up in two days. Left the rings with them for two more days, and they were able to fix them and make exactly what I wanted.Original - shoddy workmanship, poor customer communication, timelines much longer than quoted, and they lost a stone from my antique engagement ringI chose Regard because a friend said that three generations of her family had used them and they had good reviews on Google.I went in for an initial consult, explained that I needed some repairs on my engagement ring and, due to its unusual shape, I needed a gold band made to fit it. They said they understood what I was looking for and it would take two weeks.After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called them. I was told it was taking longer than expected and to give them another week.Two more weeks go by, I still haven't heard anything, so I call again, they say they've had people out sick, they need another week.After another week I call them, they say it's ready. I go in, and the wedding band fits worse than a 5$ dress from Shein. They say to give them another week and they will fix it. Again, I call them after a week, they said they had a machine break, they just fixed the machine, they will have the ring done by the end of the day and they will call me. They call me 30 minutes before they close.I go in the next day to pick up the rings. The wedding band like 80% fits the engagement ring, I just want my rings back, so I take them, and I go home. On my drive home, I realize my engagement band is missing a stone. So I call them, they say to bring it back in and they will fix it while I wait. I also inspect the wedding band more and notice some deep scratches and unevenness in the band.All in all, it took a month and a half, four trips to their store, and I still don't have exactly what I want.

I had a silver bracelet that need the clasp replaced and they did a great job with a beautiful new clasp. The best part is that when I went in to explain that wasn’t working Dan found another clasp and is replacing it for just the product cost. That’s just great business. I would have paid for labor.Great place and now for the custom piece I’ll need done.

I needed a broken bracelet repaired and it was missing a piece. So I drop in and Dan and another very friendly person helped me. We decided what needed to be done and I left anticipating the results. I just picked it up and they did an incredible and beyond expected job. The clasp is secure and stylish. They did a great job and it was a fair price for the work they did. This is second time I've used Regard and I've been happy both times.
