Apparently they got a lot of things right since the last reviews 4+ years ago, because my experience couldn't have been better. I came in to open a checking account and take advantage of a promotion. I was greeted by a friendly teller and waited a couple of minutes to meet with the banker, Sarah Groom. Sarah guided me through the process and helped me decide the best options for me. She was friendly, fun, knowledgeable and professional. I have never felt so valued as a customer. Since then she has followed up by phone and email to see if everything was okay and if I had any questions. I have several bank accounts including Chase and several online ones. Regions customer service is far superior. I am not sure if all of their locations are this good, but I this one is great! Thanks!

This bank charge me 36$ dollars behind Two pennies over-draft fee. Come on And been them over a 1 1/2 years What a shame For gas that I made a mistake for I thought it were ok

I didn't know what the they wanted behind their procrastination to close my account each time and what they said to me once we re not assigned to do that in this branch other we re now closing knowingly that was at 3pm
