As we drove by yesterday we saw the American flag displayed in an offensive way. It was faded and torn. As a veteran there is a right way to display a flag and this isn't proper. Veterans all over the United States have served their country under the American flag. Show them some respect please. I'm sure the bank can purchase a new flag. Also, the Boy Scouts will dispose of the flag in a respectful manner.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please avoid this branch. Branch Manager, Adriana, was rude and did not help in any way. Closed my account without warning, and had no real reason, and expected me to come back in to reopen. Couldn't tell me where the money from the closed account was...never experienced anything like this before. Crazy.

Drove an hour from Marble Falls to use ATM....only to find that it is not available. Come inside lobby and have to wait several minutes before being tended to. Quite frustrating ?

These mental midgets filed a dispute against the wrong company and got my phone account blacklisted. They, of course, didn't tell me why my card was locked. Despite wasting hours on the phone they extremely rudely told me they neither knew nor cared why my account was locked. I had to investigate myself. Then after doing these jerks jobs for them, they still refused to address the fact that they caused me harm and slandered me. I was told over the phone I was welcome to bank elsewhere. Then of course some scammy teller tried give me the run around claiming she couldn't close my account, then suddenly figured it out when I told her what I thought of the bank, and that my next recourse would be taking them to court for slander and damages.

Regions is a bank with terrible hours and even worse customer service. They place extraordinary long holds on checks and then pull money from your account because you don't have enough money in your account. Plus they charge you to deposit a check through the app on your phone. Do yourself a favor and don't choose Regions.

There was a few issues when I applied my car loan from Regions bank since the dealer made mistake about my information, Angie is my company's business account banker, I talked to her and she helped to fix all the issues. Angie was very helpful with everything.

Overall a great bank to do business with compared to others. Have only had a couple of problems and staff easily handled them to my satisfaction.

trans·ac·tion transakSHn,-zak-/ noun; 1.an instance of buying or selling something; a business deal. Went through drive through to exchange a 100 dollar bill for 5 twenty dollar bills and was told I needed to be a Regions Bank customer in order to process a "transaction". I proceeded to communicate that exchanging currency is not a transaction and I got back a tough crap look. Obviously this is a Regions Bank corporate customer service policy for pathetic customer service and / or pathetic future customer service. You can tell a person by how they treat the lesser person in the community and this also applies to institutions. Stay away from this pathetic customer service institution.
