I really love regions ? because they know how I really need help and advice from them and they genuinely care for me and my needs. I had point in my life that I had my payroll check and I was supposed to get off at a certain time and I didn't know that my replacement didn't show up on time, so I called them and asked what time they close and the response was 5pm and I didn't off work until 4:45pm and I had a chance to get there in time to cash and deposit my money into my account. I didn't have any complaints about them at all!!!

I always bank inside. There is rarely any wait and if there is managers jump up and help the tellers. They try and learn your name and are extremely fast and helpful. The financial folks know their stuff and can walk you through anything with ease. The contrast between this bank and others I have dealt with is night and day. Regions being the bright sunny day.

ATM stole my card while I was trying to make a deposit, and now I'm likely going to get hit with an overdraft because of it. Why their fraud prevention got triggered over an attempted cash deposit is totally beyond me. I was on the verge of closing my account for a while but this tears it.EDIT: The send and view messages button in the app appears to be completely broken, what a surprise.

Their ATM stole my card! I’ve been between jobs for the last 3 months. Finally got my first paycheck at the new job, and drove straight to the bank to deposit it after work. Had to use the ATM because it was after hours. Deposited the check, looked at my phone just long enough to check the app and see if the deposit registered there, and then the machine said it was retaining my card. I called customer service and they didn’t do anything for me. No reason given for retaining my card. That paycheck was all that I had, and now I can’t even access those funds because I don’t have a bank card anymore! Don’t use this bank: not this location, nor any branch of this miserable organization. I’ve banked with Regions for 16 years, and that is 16 years more than I ever should have.

Sort staff, the lady at the window said one of the CS representatives was in vacation and the other guy took AGES to the person he was talking with getting out of topics constantly, if u know u are sort staffing u need to hurry being politely fast and get to next person, wait for over 35 minutes but going to a different location, if a get better treatment there, I'll update my review

I have been a customer of Regions for more than 20 years. I am in the process of switching due to how poorly they treat their long time customers. The manager, Carlos, at the Wells Branch location told me I was welcome to bank elsewhere and that's exactly what I'm in the process of doing! Don't make this mistake.

Car lanes are slow. Inconsistent, sometimes I can cash checks sometimes I can’t. Had to wait over 20 minutes just to be able to cash a check. Definitely will be looking for another bank.

I have checking an savings with them since 2011. I moved to different area, so I haven’t use this account for a year. Every month they charged $8 for service. I have more than $15,000 in savings and didn’t get even $1 interested for those years. Today I decided to close all the accounts and cash all my money out. The teller said they don’t have money, and referred me to receive the cashiers check. I did ask how much for that and she said $10 usually but today she will waive it for me. As I know the money orders only $2. She went back and forth and took her an hour , she hung me the money and when I checked the money, they Did Charge me $10 for cashier Check.I’m so Upset for their freaky lie to me. At this point, I’m not talking about $10 . This is Not the place I trust to put my money here again.I will definitely let everyone know how their service.

Went in today to look into opening an account here. The teller that greeted me was super friendly and the branch manager Mr. Cruz was very knowledgeable and helpful with addressing my needs. Have an appointment already set up open and account now and look forward to dealing with this branch.

If you're looking for a frustrating banking experience then this is your bank! I have had an account here since the doors opened because of the location. Through out the years I have been the understanding customer even though it was frustrating since the beginning with deposits. This location has a high employee turn around and it seemed the drive through tellers weren't trained well and left customers to defend their rights to access accounts. I fired them today I've had enough of the bad service. The teller "Carly" told me I can't deposit a check into my account (same issue I've had all through the years with untrained employees) so I parked my vehicle and entered the building. I saw an employee "Candis Hollands" in an office by the door asked if she was the manager and she replied no he is in his office with a client and I could have a sit, I replied no thanks I will wait by the door. She then said I needed to sit down because of their privacy rules... Never offered to help just telling me to take a seat, I said okay I'll just close my account and guess what happened then???? Candis then magically offered to help and I said you should have offered assistant at the beginning. Then wow! MAGICALLY the manager "Gaylon Moore" came out and then was justifying their policies like I was a new unimportant client ( same scenario as all the years) BTW all clients are important Gaylon. As one business owner to another Regions bank management you should value clients not fight them and the main office should investigate this location and properly train your employees. I try to have reasonable compassion and understanding for fellow businesses but I consider if I did this for years to clients then I would not have a business... You get one star from me for the location period.

Do not ever try to call this bank. I tried calling the bank directly on Wells branch and they were not answering phone and 800-number I waited for 25 minutes to talk to a person!
