I was in a bad way. Lost my card, far away from any branch, and rent was coming up. This was the last Regions I'd gone too, so out of instinct I called them.
Jarren (if that's how it's spelled) has been nothing but helpful, polite, and creative in how he went about helping me with my problem. Pure class. Idk if good employees at Regions get gift cards, pay raises, promotions or what. But I DO know that Jarren should get at least two of whatever you give people who go above for customers in need.

Terrible service ! I called several times and went to their branch to fix my account problem. They promised to called me back within couple days but never do it ! It’s over ten months they didn’t reply me . Very disappointed their service ! So be careful to open account with this bank .

I opened a couple of business accounts in June after being disastified with banks like Wells Fargo and Chase. All of the Regions Bank staff at the Anderson Mill/Research branch have been attentive and supportive of my business needs.My company has grown significantly in a short period of time as a result of this business relationship.

They will let a man starve if it's 5pm sharp (ie it closes early). Kinda messed up because the Regions website basically doesn't work in most regards. They also do not issue virtual debit cards. When I mentioned I wouldn't be able to eat or get gas the dude didn't even apologize or try to go above and beyond. It isn't common for banks to close right at 5pm, but I suppose I will know that baby doesn't get din din if they don't look up the Regions Rules. Service during business hours is very friendly but this is a disproportionate minor inconvenience to over half a day struggle. A new member to the branch should have been given an exception or warned they close early af imo. 5:30-6pm is what I know of the world. Anyway, I'll see you at the 7-11 pumps with a sign or something, regions has my money locked down.

Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful. I never have any issues banking with Regions.
