I love the regions bank, especially the one in Mopac, all the guys who work there are very professional and help you with a very good attitude, they are always happy to help their clients with whatever is necessary. Andres helped me open my account and gave me some very important advices that I always put into practice. If you need to open a bank account or other banking services, I definitely recommend Andres Guerra. He is very nice and his work is very professional , He is very helpful.

I'm not sure where all of these negative Google reviews come from but I personally had a five plus star experience dealing with this particular branch of regions bank. I had opened a new account online and unbeknownst to me opening an account online restricts your access for x amount of days. I had literally no money in my pocket at the time but Oscar the bridge manager pull the twenty dollar bill out of his pocket and said here's lunch on me by the time you get back it will be resolved. Lo and behold after I went to eat on his dime and came back my account was indeed unlocked and I was able to access my funds. It was not only an excellent display of service but also a generally touching human interaction where he saw a person in a time of need and offered help to a complete stranger. Thanks again Oscar

This is the absolute worst bank ever. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to bank here. They suck, the auctioneer service is terrible and they do not care about their consumers. I will be closing my account and will never bank with Regions again.

As we drove by yesterday we saw the American flag displayed in an offensive way. It was faded and torn. As a veteran there is a right way to display a flag and this isn't proper. Veterans all over the United States have served their country under the American flag. Show them some respect please. I'm sure the bank can purchase a new flag. Also, the Boy Scouts will dispose of the flag in a respectful manner.

Worst experience as a customer. I’ve been banking with regions for 15 yrs….$550 was stolen out of my account. I’ve been given off to different departments only to be told I’ll have to contact the merchant. This bank is a complete joke.

Terrible service in this branch. Alexander Gamez uses discriminatory practices that are not Regions policy. I can’t wait to close my Regions account!
