Relax the Back has outstanding service. I broke the arms on my office chair. The store manager ordered new ones. Easily installed, my chair is like new! Thanks to the staff for being so helpful!!?

I had a very productive visit with Arya. He gave me a lot of great suggestions for how I can improve my workstation swt up at my office to give my back as much relief as possible. I really appreciated all of the time he spent with me and all of the different suggestions he made, from the chair, to the monitor on a swivel, and the extra portable cushion with a cutout for my tailbone. It felt like he really cared about and wanted to improve my situation rather than just make a sale. I greatly appreciated his consideration and the time he spent with me (which went well past closing time) and I took him up on several suggestions. It has definitely improved my situation

Nathan Ott gave me wonderful service and advice when I was selecting a recliner with lift assist for my husband who could not stand without assistance to use his walker. Jason was a tremendous help when he delivered the chair because the delivery company was unable to meet our critical time requirements. Thanks to everyone at Relax the Back for their supportive customer service.

I was going in for a major heart surgery bypass and was in need of a chair when I got home that could assist me in getting up and doing certain things. It would have to be a comfortable and practical chair and I would have to be able to sleep in at some I am so glad that I went before my surgery to purchase the recliner. The lady that helped me was outstanding so much so that I went back and bought. Chair for my home office desk it is very important when you are going through something like this to make sure that you get the right equipment and good advice. It makes all the difference in the world. She was outstanding. I would highly recommend this store.

I absolutely loves my experience!! We were on vacation from Florida and I had been searching for a chair for work. Walked in just by chance and ordered the Anthros chair. Very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.
