This place was awful. Small room, small shower, tiny pools, no free breakfast or free wifi. A Motel 8 would treat you better.

Pros: friendly staff, R club, two pools/hottubs, very clean all around, nice lobby and lounge areas, trail down to the pond which was a lovely way to walk off some of breakfast, lots of fire pits to keep warm by, the outdoor pool was heated which was amazing and since this hotel isn’t downtown or “trendy” we had the pools completely to ourselves every time!Cons:AC in room didn’t work well (we had ours at 68 and room felt more like 76-78), pillows were terrible (bring your own), we were attacked by ants at the door to the indoor pool, there was banging sound in room all night (we were on the top floor and the sound came from above so maybe some hotel machinery?), $20 a day for parking is silly - locals should have a code to get parking for free (like they give you at The Fairmont), no conditioner in roomOverall, we had a nice time. I think the hotel is overpriced but the staff helps make up for it. I wouldn’t stay on the top floor again as to avoid hearing that banging sound. It was actually cheaper to stay downtown at The Fairmont than this hotel but again it was a nice option to avoid downtown and we still had a lovely time.

10 out of 10. The best hotel I've ever been to by far. A little pricey but it's all worth it and the hot tub is ?

Terrible costumer service, I have never been treated so unprofessionally while trying to manage a booking through this hotel.

Be sure to check your bill!! I attended an education conference here with paperwork provided and they refused to give the conference price. I will be notifying the conference planners regarding this situation so they will be aware for future planning.Walkability: Lots of places close by

Came to a conference here at Renaissance and wow it's a beautiful hotel! Everything was great, except the AC in the ballroom we were in was not working, and with 250+ people in the room it can get pretty hot. Otherwise, great experience. Service was amazing. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Great hotel. Very nice and attentive hotel. Well located, with some restaurants and adventure opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Good bar and good food.

I guess it's the soft toilet paper that earns it 4*... Bed was good, no breakfast, no microwave, shower got hot eventually but didn't stay that way. Had to run the an all night to cover the noise.

The worst place ever!!! Will never book for this place again!!! We arrived Friday January 19, 2024 around 9pm only to be skipped in line by someone who arrived after we did. We were told we could upgrade a room upon arrival due to online hotel site not being clear but that was a fail. Our room was super hot even when we set thermostat to 60 and the WiFi option we purchased sucked as well. Service we received during breakfast and at the bar in the evenings was bleak to say the least. Now I'm having to dispute double charge on my account for our stay. lol NEVER AGAIN!!!

Fair warning for the winter, the indoor pool is freezing and the hot tub is lukewarm at best (read 72 when I was in there). We were told it’s set for children? Which seems like an odd excuse to not pay for heating the water, it could at least be body temp. Room was nice and large, but there were zero amenities. Outdoors looked pretty cool for when it’s nice out, great trail behind the hotel for walking and if you bring dogs. Restaurant was an okay hotel restaurant.

Amazing location. It’s walking distance to a plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The hotel itself is very huge. Plenty of rooms and parking. We stayed during Christmas and the hotel was lively with all lights. There are indoor and out for pools and they are heated. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs as well. Plenty of places outside to sit and hang out with family. There are fire pits for your family to stay warm . Hotel staff are helpful and warm.Food & drinks: Lot of restaurants near by
