I got my stuff from here but yet when I ordered a bed, I wasn’t complaining about it but I did tell her I didn’t want the bed I can switch it out which was no problem, but it took two months to get to my house for that other one plus they were charging me for both Why was I getting charged for her bed that wasn’t in my house on top of that customer service was very rude. I’m just trying to finish paying my stuff off and I am done with this company.

I was contacted from an employee personal phone inquiring about a payment from the Emporia VA store. I was called a liar because I did not come in there at a certain time to make a payment. I had told the employee that if I could make it before 5pm I would but I was not able because I didn't have enough oxygen in my tank to venture out. So I received a text message from this employee saying I was a liar because I never came in that day. This was uncalled for and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been paying my payments for 15 months but now being called a liar. I will NEVER do business here again and I recommend others to be careful about this store and renting from there.

Be very careful. They do not check or verify identity. Alex the chick that works there confirmed to me as long as the id has a picture and they "look like" the picture they will pass you. They do not ask for proof of income they do not ask for proof of residency no reference checks the do NOT VERIFY IDENTITY. Alex was vey snooty when I asked her what systems they used to make sure identity is confirmed. She said they used a site. And that was It. She said the site and the ID is all they need for approval. So I see now Andre, Philip and Alex will sell any one merchandise as long as the id they are presenting has a picture and it resembles them. That's how it was so easy for someone to go into rent a center with a stolen identity to open an account with them 4 times. I've NEVER EVER in my life been In to a rent a center. Me recording a phone call is far way less of a crime than you guys allowing stolen identity to be used at your store more than once . Either you were very very neglectful at checking or it was an inside job. But I bet you wished you didn't cut corners This is what happens when you cut corners and don't do your own diligence as a customer service person. Trying to get them quotas and sells is going to catch up with you all. I hope the mattress the 3 laptops were with it. I can't wait I until I'm able to see all of you in court. I called 2 other locations and they said they required proof of income , check stubs , they require 7 references 7 REFERENCES as well as ID/DL. So it's safe to say this location is the only one cutting corners. Be careful!!!!!!!

This place keeps charging me for an account that's not mine. It's been going on for months now and everytime they say they remove my card info but they've been charging me for 6 or 7 months now.

This location is fantastic! The place is clean and organized. Furniture is displayed well and temperature is kept cool. The staff and manager have a willingness attitude and treat you with respect. They do all they can do to accommodate your wishes. You will have an enjoyable experience at this location.

I know, a five star rating may seem suspect, but believe me, when I say management, and team members made my lease to own, a lease to remember! It's ? percent true, favorable terms, amazing deal on purchase, an a great way to have great furniture at a reasonable price, especially if you don't have the funds to purchase right away, so great job again Andre! Appreciate you!

I was going in for surgery and needed a recliner with a lift for post op. I picked one out- got the delivery date set. It was scheduled day before surgery. They didn’t deliver it. This caused HUGE inconveniences and I had to have someone come over to the house for another delivery. They delivered the wrong chair. I called them to come and pick it up. They didn’t. I called again and finally they picked it up. Then I got charged twice for the incorrect chair- more than what it was supposed to be. I called the store and they told me I had to go in for a CASH refund. They couldn’t credit me back any other way. I was not able to make it in that day so I made the drive over a different day just for them to tell me that I had to come in a different day when their manager is in the office. This has been an extremely frustrating experience for me all while trying to heal from a major spine surgery. If you want an easy temporary furniture rental- go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle.

My mother had ordered me a bed that should been here on Wednesday so we called yesterday and said it would be delivered today and still hasn't gotten it nor have they answer the phone when getting called.
