Delivery driver says he's a hustler! 🤣🤪😂 He isn't nothing but a little boy who has no respect for the handicapt. I'm in a wheelchair...he parks directly over the handicapt ramp in a no parking area, and then gets mouthy because I told him not to park there again. Then the lady at the store when I called said she looked at the cameras and he wasn't in a handicapt spot...that's funny, she had maybe 45 seconds from my 1st call and my second call...she didn't have time to watch a video, said all she saw was me being rude to her driver...THAT'S WHY I RENT FROM AARONS!

If there were negative stars i would give that POOR COMMUNICATION LOTS OF LIES RUDE AND HATEFUL WORKERS DONT DO IT THE ONE ON NORTH LAMAR SEEMS BETTER IN MY OPINION DO NOT COME HERE YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER !!! To top it all off called customer support to get my money back and talked to mrs norma she was sweet she put in a request to speak to district manager and i will be letting him know that after that call fernando called bacl and harassed me telling me to do buisness elsewhere ! And he doesnt know what my problem is FIRE HIM AND ROSE BEFORE YOU LOSE THIS STORE

ghetto and rude. I was approved online., paid the first week online. Gave my bank details and my social online. Chose a bi weekly plan and signed e documents. online. All I had to do was "call the store to arrange pickup". I called the managaer tells me that all I need to bring was my ID, a credit card to put on file for auto pay and 4 references. He never mentioned anything about check stub..But the lady with broken arm made it difficult when I showed up and kept asking for a check stub , I told her I get direct deposits, not check stubs and that I could show them my bank statements, But she kept being rude , rolling her eyes, and kept asking for check stubs after I told them I get direct deposits. I finally just told them to forget about it and refund me my money. They lost on a $1000 agreement for a $300 product. lmao idiots! . All because they wanted a dumb check stub like this is the 90s. its 2024! half the country gets direct deposits. I make over $150 a day, $1,200+ a week. Went to aarons and they let me pick up without issues. Hire better workers and get rid of the lazy lady with the broken arm, She just lost this company $1000.

The call started regarding him stating I was late. I told him that was incorrect plus they auto drafted my account without my permission and started to tell him they also had my info incorrect. He said okay bye!! Yes, Steven hung up in my face. When I called back and explained what he did was rude. He stated he hung up because I was talking crazy in his ear. I asked for a supervisor and he gave the phone to a delivery driver. Unprofessional!! The manager Fernando did no better. This store needs an overhaul!!

Please avoid this place, they don't have anything but their own pockets in mind!
I placed an online order & was told they'd receive the NEW furniture in inventory in 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, we went to pick up our furniture and were given the floor model instead.
Actually, at first they said they didn't have our order.
After some back and forth, they finally decided they did have it but they had set it out as a floor model.
The furniture that supposedly had arrived that day? Was already on display? It made no sense.
They were absolutely no help getting the furniture loaded up into our car either. The furniture was already scratched up and dirty from very obviously being a floor model and NOT brand new.
No explanation given. No reasoning behind their actions other than poor customer service and bad management.
I've already started the return process and will be cancelling the order.
Please respond though, what was the deal with the whole interaction? Did ya'll just want to keep my brand new furniture to sell to someone else and hoped I'd believe that the floor model was mine?
I can't see any other reason for doing what ya'll did.
Please avoid this place, they don't have anything but their own pockets in mind!
