I have certain people I like to deal with, but majority of these folks here, have terrible customer service skills. Have, undisciplined actions, meaning, they will talk to you like your an enemy, and not worry about it because nothing will be done to them. I have bought two items from this store. The first item, was a headache. The second item was fair I guess. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the only two individuals I deal with, are the only two that have some kind of common sense, or else it’d be 1 star. It’s like these folks hate there job.

Very disrespectful and rude. Definitely need to hire people with better customer service I’ve worked in customer for years and never seen such bad customer service. They need to let the manager go as many bad reviews as he’s gotten. They barged into my house while I was at the hospital with my son. They keep charging me more than what they’re supposed to. I couldn’t answer my phone because I was in the hospital with my son due to seizures. I got called the B word by the manager while the other associate just walked away like he didn’t hear a thing. When I tried to show them proof I wasn’t answering my phone cause my son was in the hospital they wouldn’t look at it. They should really be ashamed.

very disrespectful! especially the manager. My one year old was in the hospital for almost a week due to having seizures which they were told. They came to my home tried to barge into my home disrespected my sons uncle because he was the only one home while my son was in the hospital. i had to leave the hospital with my son because of there disrespect. I even showed them proof my son was at the hospital and was having seizures and they got even more disrespectful and told me they didn't care that my child was admitted to the hospital. extremely disrespectful and there customer service is completely terrible. NEVER AGAIN.
