Bad bad bad bad terrible terrible terrible experience first time getting a bed room set from here had bed bugs on the head board and bed didnt Receive any payment and I locked my card where they can’t they holding my card on file but I’m smarter then them.

Can't refund because can't find me in system after taking money. Didn't even sign anything when I changed my mind...... They were asking for references when I'm a returning customer on top of asking for lease agreement when they never had before. Yeah that's not shady to suddenly need more information than advertised or done previously

This is the worst place I ever rented from. It was my first time ever renting from any type of furniture store and my last. They made it horrible for me!!! I rented 2 things from them, but I probably was late 4 times or less just a day or 2 late, never a week. They will start blowing up my phone soon as they opened and I work overnights. They would even call me twice in one day!!! I don't need to make no payments to y'all when you want me to!!! As long as it did not turn 12 midnight, I do not need to pay y'all while you are open!!! I paid online. At one point, you started calling me on a Thursday, so I blocked y'all... Furthermore, y'all stuck insurance on my file I never agreed to and never signed!!! But y'all were charging me for it!!! I still have my hard copies vs. y'all copies online!!! That's fraud!!! Now that I've finished paying off everything!!! Y'all are calling me 3 times out the week, and I called at least 3 times to ask that y'all stop the harassment!!! It is not a robo call!!! It's harassment I would never recommend this location. It was only one female worker who was pleasant.. I ordered a brand new headboard, and it came broken and missing pieces... I really did not have a pleasant experience with anyone else. I avoid them on purpose because they stressed me out with the unnecessary calling. If you do not want to stress out with the calling, avoid this place.. I will sue if I get another phone call. I want no dealing because I sue for stress and fraud!!! Look in my file for insurance, I didn't sign it... So please leave me alone and go away.

I have been asking for a month and a half to fix my online payment and it had not been fixed. When im a couple days late on my payment because of my paydays I cannot pay online and I cannot always call to make a payment seeing how i work from 8am to 3pm then 10pm to 6am. And when i call before my nap nobody answers or I get out on hold and hung up on. If I did not need my couch i would not have rent a center as my place of business. I have paid off a washer and dryer no problem last year with y’all. When I get this treatment it is upsetting getting threatened for my couch being picked up when I have asked repeatedly to fix the online payment because I cannot always call to pay.

I dropped the ball. Didn’t read the reviews first. Customer service is horrible! I mean the absolute worst! Seems like someone doesn’t value their job, they’re just there to collect a check. Huge mistake! Please shop somewhere else!

I had to rent from them a refrigerator twice due to my refrigerator not cooling. I finally got a new refrigerator and returned the rented one. The manager Renee and his staff, delivery staff included, have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Process has been smooth and speedy.

The store manager that I talked to after signing agreement was very rude after he stated he could not deliver the product on time upon agreed date he also informed me I could not receive product since I rent a room and not on a lease. I haven't had this problem before but after going back and forth I asked him to just cancel the order. Worst experience I've ever had will not be recommending rent a center to anyone
