I just went to the RentAWheels at 6524 S Congress Avenue today. I went in there because I had a slow leak on one of my rear tires. Alex and his team inspected my tire, found the culprit (a rogue screw), and were able to seal up my tire through the entire puncture to keep it on the road, which is great since all four of my tires still have a healthy amount of tread life on them. This is an excellent shop. I definitely recommend their work.

Alex and his team are good people. Straightforward and to the point about questions while giving educated suggestions on all things wheels.I brought my Jaguar in to get spacers and they were fast and responsive over the phone with a good time to drop off and a price.Alex and the lady upfront, can't remember her name...also showed me some quality wheels when I decide to upgrade in a few months.If you value honesty and getting straight to the point backed by quality work...go see this folks. It's nice having a place like this in south austin you can rely on for wheels and tires.

Showed up hoping to have quick and easy service for one tire. Took 3 hours because he questioned the fact that they were overtorqued and wanted to check all 4 corners when all I needed them was to slap a new tire on the rim I messed up. Now I’m with a lost key. I was returned with two different keys about two weeks later. Bad and horrible workers. Called and was hung up on when I needed special help and suggestions. Never dealing business here.

Shout out to Alex and his team for amazing customer service. I was in need of tires for my Jeep and he ordered them and they arrived the next day. Price was very reasonable and Alex and his staff are very professional. Thank you for my new tires...I definitely feel much safer behind the wheel.
