Clean and quiet. Even though it’s labeled an airport hotel you can’t hear the airport.
Rooms: Updated and clean.
Nearby activities: Basketball court on premises

Stayed here for two weeks while on business. My car got broken into in their open air parking lot along with many other cars. When I asked the front desk about it they said that it had been happening. When I went to check out I found out I was charged a daily parking fee every day for parking in their open air parking lot that has zero security which my car got broken into in lol. The rooms were pretty drab as well. Giving this hotel one star bc free breakfast was nice and the front desk staff I interacted with were also nice. I won't stay here again or recommend.

Nice room, close to airport.
But be advised: while they advertise having an airport shuttle, they did not have one the afternoon we arrived nor the morning we left, even though we were well within the published hours.

Rooms: Rooms have small kitchens, full sized refrigerators, smart TVs (Netflix channel, enter your account & you're in)
Nearby activities: Not far from downtown Austin
Walkability: Short walk down the street to 7-eleven & Javi's Tex Mex restaurant.
Food and drinks: Some snacks & drinks available for purchase

HORRIBLE SERVICE! also do NOT DEPEND ON THEIR SHUTTLE TO THE airport!
This is a hotel that offer long term parking through park n fly, which we paid for. I was even told by the checkin team that “it doesn’t matter anyway, they don’t check”. Red flag number one
Then online the park n fly stated they don’t offer shuttle services to park n fly
Okay, no problem, we booked a room the night before our departure out of Austin, to guarantee we could use the shuttle services. Next morning I was told “oh our shuttles only run in the pm, I’ll see if we can get someone though and call your room either way” this was not done. So then we had to get an Uber to the airport. Upon return a week later when we landed and night booked, I reached out to see if they had their shuttle running like they told me we could coming back, they said “oh it’s not running at all today”
Whatever. So they got me for a night’s stay all because I needed the shuttle and I spent an extra $60 in Uber fees, APART from also using their parking for a week which they get money for too.
Avoid this place at all costs

No phone to call front desk. Coffee maker didn’t work and when I called the front desk the man working was not able to assist. Awful service.

We are staying for an extended amount of time for work. It's great. The rooms are nice the staff is nice. It's close enough to downtown to be able to pop in and out.

This is the worst hotel ever to clean the room once every 3 days.
I don't want to stay there again because of the poor service from the staff.

No early check in, titanium elite member and no rooms available. No keys available. Very disappointed. Never had this happen before with Marriott,
Update. So NEVER again. Put next to the Basketball court!!!!!! 10, 11 pm lets keep people up!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Great treatment of an Elite member!

The rooms are worn, loose handles, chipped paint. The service was average, not bad, not stellar, just average. There are no restaurants nearby, you have to drive everywhere. Not a particularly pretty setting.
We’ve stayed at Residence Inns where everything is top-notch: the rooms have no flaws, the service is doting, and there is a lot to do (places to eat, shop, be entertained) within a short, easy walk.

We parked our car here for a short trip and had a great experience. The shuttle driver wasn’t available and we were in a pinch so the manager offered to drive us herself. Great service!

Had a horrible experience here. Stayed one night, was not satisfied at all. The TV in the living room didn't work, the bedroom door had to be propped open had to in order for the air conditioner to cool it down, the bathroom door would not close. If you were lucky enough to close it, you would have to literally pound on it, having someone outside pulling on it for it to open. Luckily my wife helped me get out. Called the front desk to change rooms, hotel was fully booked. Notified the desk upon checkout, was kindly told we will look into it. I always stay with Marriott, but this experience left a terrible sense of how things are going.

Molded down hotel smells bad, nothing never works like ice machine, have rats and bed bugs, pool tiles are coming up MOLD IN POOL ?I experienced the worst customer service ever from their GM “Vanessa Busmante” didn’t want to help with issues or said it’ll be done and never got done. I’m going to the city to report violations

The hotel room was ok at best, the shower had no pressure whatsoever and the hallway was humid and had a moldy odor. The absolute worst part of this hotel is the parking or rather lack of. If you arrive later in the evening be prepared to circle the parking lot and pray that someone leaves. Overall I would not stay here again due to the terrible parking situation.
