My husband and I went in today to buy some supplies. The workers there are all sooo nice and helpful, especially José. We couldn’t find what we needed, so José took the time out to try and help us and located the item we needed. How he found it, I do not know but I am awfully glad he did.

Jose the floor manager is worth every penny he is being paid, in fact he needs a raise. We were looking for a specific product that was not in its normal spot and he went up and above with his effort and found it. He’s amazing!!!

Great experience! They had everything we needed for our culinary camp. The cashier even told us about some spots to get some of the smaller items and where had the best produce.

RD Corporate is ran by a bunch of morons. Why would you have the customers line up in multiple lines and then tell them to go to the end of another line after a cashier needs to go? Complete and total disrespect for restaurant owners time.
Get your “managers” to get on the register instead of standing around. I literally can see 4 idiots just hanging out at front by the exit when they can be on the registers.

Unscrupulous sales practices. "Beware" of buying any frozen fish products from Restaurant Depot. They sell adulterated water injected frozen fish and seafood products to the public that have also been thawed and refrozen after faulty freezer breakdowns with no return policies to the public.

Staff is very friendly but they have a serious problem with inventory management. This location is frequently out of all sorts of items. Then when they come into stock everything is piled all over the warehouse and freezers to the point that the staff can't get to anything. It takes multiple days to put the products out for sale once they are technically in stock at the store. I'd assume this was just part of the difficulties in running a business like restaurant Depot except having been to locations all across the country this is not an issue to this extent at other places. As a small business owner it's incredibly difficult to rely on this restaurant Depot for anything besides friendliness.

We come to RD a lot for our restaurant, and usually have a decent experience. Today, we came in for turkey, and to our surprise was an opportunity buy at 50% off. We waited in line for 20 minutes, we get to the front & are told we need to go back to get weight stickers. Leigh (I’m assuming a manager) told us we wouldn’t have to wait in line again, just to come back to him. We got the stickers & went back up front. Leigh took us to a new register & started checking us out when a lady came out of no where & started yelling at him. In front of us. Telling him he’s not allowed to make decisions when she’s not there. She was an older lady, YELLING in front of customers at her employee when he was doing the right thing for our sake. I hope he doesn’t suffer consequences for making customer satisfaction a priority. 10/10 stars for Leigh. 1 star for this lady & her customer service skills :-/

Lately the service leaves a lot to be desired, there is no organization at the checkout, the despotic managers blame the owner or the managers higher up, it is inexplicable how such a large company cannot find a solution to a problem, more cashiers, fewer despotic people, the better It pays for employees to commit and do their jobs to the best of their ability. I hope everything is fixed, because all of us who are dedicated to commerce need a complete company like them, but with better organization for the good of them and us.
