We recently ordered a dining table from RH in Austin. However, upon delivery, we noticed that the table has hair all over the table. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from RH. It was a terrible experience, and it makes us feel disgusted whenever we sit at the table.

I really RH. I have bought six chairs and a huge dinning room table. We are currently looking at new furniture from there.

The furniture and customer service is top notch, but be warned that there's a good chance you won't get your purchase for a long time and estimated delivery dates aren't real.I bought a modular couch in early October and was told half would be delivered in late November, the other half in early January. I got the first half in mid-December. The second half is now expected in late March.

I have purchased countless items from RH in the past and never had any issues. Well, that all changed once they relocated to the Domain. We encountered snooty sales reps who appear to scoff at the idea of actually doing their job and taking care of customers. As a business owner myself it pains me to witness such disregard for potential clients frequenting this establishment.

A beautiful building...an architectural eyegasm. But....you'll be disappointed to find they have very little statement pieces. Seems like superb quality but visually not my jam.

The store is gorgeous, lots of options to choose from. But if you are thinking of getting some color pops for your home this is not the place. Everything from furniture to home decor is in muted color. We got the membership and had and appointment with their designer. El was very courteous and listened to our needs. The outdoors furniture heights are very low. So we had to skip those for our home.

Funiture is first rate but the customer service is even better! Not many places are up to this standard. I keep coming back because I’m never disappointed. I shop around and compare too but for the extra money here you are getting white glove delivery and a fantastic return policy for a premium product. RH just makes the whole experience easy.

1 star for a beautiful building and layout of furniture thats it. The rest.. don't waste your time or definitely NOT your money here. The vibes from most of the staff here... terrible. 0 stars for the snobbery and "we don't have time for you" attitude. The only person who seemed to want to earn my business in an honest and helpful way was the kind young gentleman greeter in the front. Like many other reviewers it just seems like the peeps here don't want to work or even look up and say Hi how are you. Basic retail sales 101. In college I worked part time at a high end furniture store. Customer service was #1 and constantly checked on. I was super excited to visit this flagship location and get some guidance in furnishing for some key statement pieces from here. That fell short real fast. We got "assigned" a gal who seemed very uninterested in helping us. She kept asking in a weird way if we were ready to buy and I was like I don't even know what you have nor sizes, costs. The vibes were very off putting like she had better places to go yet NO ONE else was in the store. The pieces we were looking at she gave no more info on what it is. What aesthetic we were going for. The salesmanship and sincerity was totally lacking. My hubs and I were pretty bummed about the experience here. We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. We definitely WON'T be back here to waste our time or our hard earned money. Management needs to run a basic customer service session at this location.

"Restoration Hardware" is a fantastic place to browse or buy. This location is no different; and can boast an even more developed Elegant layout, for its beautiful merchandise.Good quality and heavy pieces abound. There is also a feeling of rustic and timeless taste in the pieces for sale at "Restoration Hardware".[Also, the blog "Jane At Home", sums up Restoration Hardware quite well].The store definitely exudes quality and taste and fashion sense. If nothing else, let the store inspire you.
