I had an absolutely amazing experience at RightSpace Storage on Manchaca Road, thanks to Brian! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was searching for the right unit, and Brian didn’t hesitate to walk me through multiple options both upstairs and downstairs until I found the perfect one.
He even helped me figure out my combination lock (which had me totally confused!), and made sure everything felt secure and comfortable. On top of that, he offered me and my movers cold water on a hot day, and even walked all the way from the front office to the back of the property just to check on us. That kind of care and attention to detail really stood out.
Brian went above and beyond in every way. I’m so glad I chose this location it’s clean, secure, and clearly run by people who care. If you’re looking for storage in Austin, this is the place, and Brian is the person to see!

Ten out of ten!
I stored my belongings and got them back unlike Public Storage. Public Storage stole my things in Pineville, NC.
When we rent a storage unit we expect to get our things back.
Thank you Right Space for storing my belongings and giving me my stuff back!

The staff is very polite and helpful however my unit started out at 98.00 per month and now is $177. Increase in rates whenever you feel like it and then blaming it on the economy is not fair practice.

I have several trailers stored at various storage sites around Austin and this place has been by far the best. Brian and other staff members have always been very welcoming and helpful. In the past I’ve experienced being locked out due to a power outage at other storage facilities or something along those lines and have personally lost money because I couldn’t get in to access my trailer. I’ve been here for over a year and have never experienced any issues. Would highly recommend this place!

I have two units at this location. It's always clean and secure. Brian, the manager, has gone above and beyond for me. Also, I would like to make a shout out to Penny in the office, she has been very helpful as well. Thank you both for all that you do! ❤️

Just got a new storage unit and our service was excellent. Jesse helped us decide on a unit that was the perfect size for our needs and he was incredibly kind and thorough. He took the time to describe and show us the differences in units and even gave us landmarks so we could find our way around later. So excited that this was the storage facility we chose.
