It's been 30 years since I last used a laundromat. A lot has changed but with the help of the wonderful staff my visit went smoothly. The facility was clean and comfortable. I will definitely use them again.

Who likes to go to a laundromat? Not me.
I needed to do laundry and found this place was close to my gym.
First, it's clean, well lit, staff on hand and decent machines. I selected the largest wash machine for $6.25 with an extra rinse it came out to about 30 min for the whole cycle, which is great! I remember spending hours in the laundromat as a kid and was dreading the experience, but this wasn't a bad start.
The cycle was done quickly and then on to the dryers. It's pretty standard, and I got the job done quickly. I was there for about an hour and I was done. It was great. My clothes were clean and there were no complaints.
They have plenty of rolling laundry carts to haul the laundry. The bathrooms are unisex and clean. And a few seats handy if you want to wait inside.
There was a learning curve for me as I hadn't been to a laundry in a long while.
This place requires that you transfer cash onto their card from the vending machine. Their card is then used to pay the machines. The downside to this is that you cannot use this card at other laundries not owned by the same place so if you add a lot of money to your card, that is money you'll need to use or lose.
I thought it was just me trying to figure out how things worked until I saw other newbies going through the same learning curve. I saw one man not paying attention put his card into a slot that went into a broken machine. It literally went IN to the slot and the staff had to come open it up to retrieve it for him. The machine WAS clearly marked but he wasn't paying attention so I don't consider this to be the businesses fault. It happens. It was all okay because the staff were there to help.
I really did like this place. Enough to keep going back. There is a little bodega style gas station the street over so I walked over while my clothes were safely locked in the washer.
This place will also do your laundry FOR YOU! Check the website for prices.
Fair warning though: since they do the laundry for customers that have signed up/dropped off, etc., that means there will be times the staff are using numerous machines limiting what is available for general use.

I came by to wash a big comforter and ran into some issues with my laundry card not reading. The entire staff was helping me within minutes and being extremely kind and apologetic. Loved the service!

The man working there was SO helpful! I usually do my laundry at home but had to do a comforter and bedspread and needed a big washer and dryer. He gave me some helpful tips and was so nice! The place was spotless and I will definitely go there again when the need arises.

Having a washer and dryer in your home is a blessing until one of them breaks down. I googled a laundry mat near me and chose this one since it was less than 2 miles from my home. I was very pleased with the location of the laundry mat, the cleanliness of it and the layout. It was spacious and I was able to wash 6 loads at the same time (can’t do that at home); and then dry them. The staff was very friendly and I was amazed at how kind and patient Santiago, manager of the laundry mat, was showing me how to get a laundry card, the different machines and what would work for me and how to use the washers and dryers. Excellent customer service. Thanks Santiago you run a great business at this location.

This place is always clean, machines are plenty-- and they all work. Occasionally, one will break down, but they get it resolved in a timely manner. As previously stated, machines are plentiful, so I'm not complaining. There's various sizes on washers and two (I believe) on dryers. I haven't been to many other laundromats, so I can't give a proper comparison to the prices. I take a month's worth of laundry, towels, bedding, and all, and get it all done for roughly 40 or so. The only thing that annoys me is that my card doesn't always work right away, but that's honestly whatever. The staff that I have had conversations with, no matter the length, are also genuine in their interactions. I'm going to continue coming to this location for as long as needed!

Today I was shocked on how dirty the laundry matWas today.the bathroom smelt like urine the floors were dirty and the two ladies I've not seen before said it was from the weekend.It's 1pm on Monday and two attendants.It's usually very clean.

Multiple sizes of machines make laundry efficient and well washed and dried. Clean, quiet environment and helpful staff. A bit more expensive than closer laundromats but the experience is worth it and there is always plenty of parking.

Card readers aren't clear and the dollar add to pay is much, but they are also very clean facilities with kind workers
