Be cautious when dealing with this towing company—definitely do not recommend!
First, they sent the wrong tow truck for the job. The driver openly admitted that his truck wasn't capable of handling it and left, forcing us to wait for another tow truck to arrive.
Second, "Mr. Mike," who claimed to be a manager with On Roadside Assistance, tried to charge me for extra miles at $10/mile. He argued with me over the phone about the charges, but he was in the wrong. Even his own driver had to step in and resolve the issue.
The driver, Jimmy, was fantastic—very professional and friendly. It's a shame the company itself doesn't live up to the same standard.

Horrible customer service. Called to get a quote. Hung up on me after I was shocked they wanted $120 to jump my dead battery.

This company is awesome. They called and gave me a time frame of when they were going to be here and pick up my vehicle. Then they called again when they were 10 minutes out. It took the driver less than 5 minutes to load my truck and had it at the shop in no time. Highly recommend.

For their outstanding roadside assistance, Roadside Assistance Austin has my sincere gratitude. I was concerned about how I was going to seek help when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. However, their truck road service in my area saved my life. They gave me prompt, courteous, and professional service when they arrived. I am appreciative of their help and strongly advise anyone in need of roadside assistance to use their services.

I needed assistance right away since I had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road. Roadside Assistance Austin responded to my call and showed up in twenty minutes. The technician was knowledgable, courteous, and competent. I was back on the road in no time thanks to his speedy tire change. I couldn't have asked for finer roadside help in Austin, Texas, and the service was reasonably priced. I heartily endorse this business.
