I have decent service at RBMazda Central. Purchased my car there and it was a decent experience. Service is good, I get frustrated when they tell me my car needs things that my husband has already done. My last service they changed the cabin air filter because I misunderstood when asked if I wanted it changed, I had literally changed it 2 months prior, they should have seen it was clean and let me know it didn’t need it. But no.
My husband cleaned the throttle body and cleaned the fuel injection, they wanted to clean it. I tell them what he’s done, next check up they suggest the same things again. Frustrating.
Twice they’ve wanted to do an alignment, there is absolutely no indication of any unusual wear on my tires. The car doesn’t need an alignment, but twice they’ve indicated they should perform it.
Now that the weather is decent I reminded them the manual (and the full synthetic oil manufactures) recommends a 10,000 mile change, they still put 5000 miles due. Big nope. This is NOT necessary. I drove a MINI S for years and never had the dealership or my MINI mechanic suggest more changes than every 10,000 miles. Even in the heat of Texas. As a matter of fact they told me it was wasteful to change it more than it actually needed.
I will be so happy when the service package I bought is done. I have such anxiety at dealerships and knew I should’ve stuck with my car guys I love. I had a weak moment because the sale didn’t feel pushy. Never again.
I love my Mazda, I take excellent care of my car. I understand dealerships need to make money and don’t fault any of the staff. They are wonderful. Service here is great, it’s also a bit irritating to be told you need things you know you don’t need over and over.

great experience at mazda! Simon was great as we kicked off the car buying process, didn't feel pressured and got to test drive a cx50. went to another dealer to see what other styles of SUVs I liked, but we ended up back at Mazda a few days later and ended up buying a cx50 from Simon and the roger beasley mazda central team :) been driving it for a few days and I love it!

Love the people here at Roger Beasley Central. Great service, and great hospitality. Simon and Jordan were great during my visit, and went out of their way to work with my requests! Will definitely recommend for anyone in the area to check them out!
Oh yeah, and I bought the coolest kid on the block in CX-50. (Sorry CX-5 ??)

I enjoyed my experience with Mazda the entire staff was great, The manager was welcoming and the sales agent, they both worked hard to get my needs met on the vehicle I wanted. Im extremely happy and enjoying the car to the fullest. Thank you Mazda I fill like were family, I'm sure I will continue to bye my car's from Mazda. Shout out two thumbs up.

Everyone at this dealership is awesome. I've had good service on my car and have gotten 2 cars from them now. Cy and everyone else really went out of their way to help me get into a car within my budget and made it easy on me to buy, trade in and now lease. The warranties are also amazing and the maintenance plans are worth it as well. 10/10 would recommend, so excited for my new car!!

I continue to be so impressed by Roger Beasley Mazda Central— they are prompt, nice, honest, and 100% clear and transparent about their service (with instant video of work done, narrated by the person doing the service—fabulous!) I’ve had my Mazda for over 3 years with the same fantastic service contact, Richard Grimm, who is super helpful, keeps me in the loop on oil changes and maintenance, and is easy to talk to). Highly recommend!

Set up an appointment to see a car, days before and they confirmed my appointment. An hour before my appointment they told me the vehicle was not for sale yet despite being on multiple used car websites. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

On May 16 I bought my first brand new car, I just Mazda because one of my friends recommended it to me . So I give it a try until this day I don’t have complaints I’m just grateful for my Mazda3 . Yesterday August 29 it was the first service for my car I was waiting in line and one of the guys who was out side helping people “ he told me that someone was going to help me shortly and he says to me do u want a cold water while you are waiting in your car “ We know is hot in Texas but that was so kind of him. They treated me amazing and they were so nice and respectful with me.

I purchased my vehicle from Roger Beasley in 2018 and have used their services for all routine maintenance. Their website is easy to use for making your appointment. Upon arriving, the staff always greets you with a smile and confirms the services being performed that day. The wait-time is feasible for oil changes and their waiting area provides coffee, drinks, snacks and entertainment. For longer services, rentals are provided. I appreciate how well their team keeps me updated as the services are conducted. I highly recommend Roger Beasley and plan to purchase my next vehicle again from them. Thank you!
